@@ralphjanwelth1686 I actually thought that sprinting while cleaning your inventory would drop your items, like your character would be accidentally dropping them in a rush. But it turns out that the drop key by default is shift. Once I changed it to del, it stopped happening.
It's cool how they added Sin being allied to mutants. That I saw for the first time when playing Legend Returns and it really gave it a man vs nature undertone to why Monolith and Sin were hostile to each other in that mod. Monolith being brainwashed by the Wishgranter and allied to zombified Stalkers while Sin was the mutated inhabitants of the zone and allied to mutants.
I always liked that idea, with how "connected" the Sin and Mono are with the zone it makes sense for the zone to sorta work with them in a sense through mutants and such.
Monolith is the guardian of the wish granter in other words the C-Consciousness, Sin is more like a cult to the zone, the want to be wardens of the whole zone, meanwhile monolith are just the guardians of the north
There are no upgrades for Ballistics on the Apocalypse Helm which was the main stat I was concerned about. Upgrades or not, the Apocalypse Helm is apparently the best in terms of BR which is my main focus since the problem is bullets LOL
the exohelm has a lot better rad protection than the apocalypse with only slightly worse ballistic protection, but the comparison tool is bugged when it comes to the rad protection
If the weapon is not bugged, I don't see any reason to remove it from the game. It was the same thing with the Tactical L85A2. It was my main gun for several different playthroughs and then, BAM, it was removed from the game. What's the problem with gun variety? Even if 2 or more guns fill the same role, or even have the same stats, some people may still prefer one over the other because of how it looks or feel.

Grok hates anything that is related to 5.56, and glazes the shit out of anything in 5.45 or 7.62, always been the case. Which is why there's still like 15 AK variants with an M4-esque type weapons only having like 8 lmao.
I see 2 Miser's Skull and 1 Spike in your stash. Miser's Skull --> Meat Chunk --> Wrenched Spike --> Jellyfish --> Empty Wrenched + Empty --> Full Empty
if you're having a full system crash, I would check your drivers to make sure some of them haven't corrupted. I had this same issue and repairing my broken drivers seemed to fix it.
Not the drivers. It's a GAMMA specific issue. I've diagnosed driver issues before and they're quite obvious + I checked the logs generated during that time and there was nothing related to a driver crash.
What was old GAMMA like? I play Ironman but I had to enable black market trading. Roleplaying as a stalker guns and armor would be high valuable assets and tradable.
old gamma the yellow stashes was totally random, i wasn't necessary to do 7 missions to get one, if i remember well expert tools was not locked up north and locations of the stashes was random, not tied to the zone where you get it, zone was fully accessible after disabling miracle machine, pelts was useless, artefact grind was worse, you needed to farm way more artefacts ( tier 1 artefact needed 2 perk artefact to be crafted, tier two needed 2 tier one and tier three needed 3 tier 2, when looted artefacts condition was between 20 and 30 and you needed to fusion 4/5 artefact together to get a 99% one), mutant loot was just here for fetch quests, there where no armed zombified stalker but just zombie instead, they where 50 variant of the same guns, qol was worse ( for exemple transition to garbage from rostok was a very long pointless walk, you needed basic tool kit to craft basic things even if you already had expert one, displayed stats where meaningless etc.. ),i personaly prefere updated gamma, it make sense that the zone isn't fully accessible just by paying sakharov 30k having a ied and a pill of psyblock, it prevent you to just farm expert tool and do the brainscorcher fully kited with nosorog and taking 0 risk..

Your point about needing a basic if you have expert is also not true. Never was. i have played gamma since 2022 and can assure you this has not been a thing.
Grok has a bad habit of removing guns which to me is INSANE. We have already lost 2 AK variants, both AS-Val variants (merc+30 round as val that accepts scopes), L85A2 Tactical, L96, DVL Sabotuer was turned into strictly a mutant gun (no armor pen), M4 "Hera" was removed, M4 Butcher was removed, like what the fuck is he doing? What is the point of having like 10 guns in the game? This is part of the reason why base gamma has always been complete shit (besides some of the earlier builds). it's a great foundation for making a solid mod pack but as a whole it's pretty terrible. That's why I have never seen the point in keeping it vanilla for the sake of Invictus, as long as you aren't making it easier or anything like that. I usually add graphical mods + more scope/gear options for late game, QoL, rebalance some features etc while keeping the primary mechanics the same such as minimal loot, repair system, artifact crafting with mutant parts, etc idk it's just been going down a pretty terrible path since 0.93
Apparently the AK-74M is still in-game but I somehow got magically fked. Grok said that it makes no sense that my gun disappeared but you could literally see the save file thumbnail had the 74M equipped but when loaded it was gone in all of my saves LOL
Cat pictures appreciated, do they have names? Edit: Yeah I always back up my latest/old Gamma files, all of them. It's lot of space to use up but it's worth it considering how many times I've updated and either screwed something up or had issues. Not to mention sometimes they make a change I'm not too happy about, so it allows me to finish my run before switching to the new version.
The two cats in the middle have names. #2 picture is "babe" and #3 is "Garfield" but the other 2x are small enough that we haven't named them yet just incase they get sick or something. We tend not to name cats until they get older and we know they're not gonna suddenly die.

Yeah its pretty fucking chaotic now. I spent 2 hours doing some maintenance at my hideout in army warehouse. There was constant gunfire the whole two hours. Yeah. We shouldnt have updated yet. This update isnt fun at all. It broke dynamic relationships as well so now every 3 minutes relations change

It edit's the maps to flow together better. Like the Rostok edits where the door is now opened to get to Petrenko or how that shed is now opened to get over there easier etc. It also fixes stairs/ladders
The update was small enough that **nothing** should be causing any crashing. But as mentioned in the video, I typically update because during streams I have like 200+ people stop in to ask questions about new updates constantly and it's good to actually be able to answer them & get them to stay instead of saying "No clue" and them leaving.
@@mephistopheles8220 The last few updates do disagree with you there. MM being essentially irrelevant and locking all northern areas behind the BS was honestly a pretty smoothbrain decision, not to mention adding in half baked systems like meat decay with no craftable refrigerators.

And just set your second slider to 1 in free zoom and it should help. Free zoom was never not broken either. Last update i got so annoyed with it that i went in mo2 and disabled that shit
Free Zoom was set to 1. I've done that fix before so I'm aware of it however last update, Free Zoom for me was mostly fixed. It was still stay zoomed in a little bit from time to time but this time it's literally zooming in ALL THE WAY when reloading.

i did make a mod that running while eating/drinking would have a chance do spill it on the ground, leaving you with a empty canteen

The stats you see in menus include upgrades. Your apocalypse helmet was probably upgraded, hence it was better than exohelmet.
The apocalypse helmet is actually better for defense than the exo. I still use the exo for radiation

how hard is it to get a exo off your enemy's corpse? i got one very easy a merc one but still
It's mostly dependent on your scavenging level. The issue is that a lot of Exo's just aren't worth using vs. the fully upgraded Hybrid Armor.

i had the bug with the 3DSS and i fixed it you just need to manual add the mod to MO2
I did a fresh re-install of GAMMA and it still wasn't working so yeah I had to go download 3DSS from the GitHub and now it's fine.
