Andre explained that he has everything paid off, and he added that he's about to move into the new mansion he built with his wife, which features a studio. It’s not flat out broke, I don’t know why people would considered that broke, but it does say that you have squandered much of your fortune via bad purchases, bad investments, alimony, child support etc.

People may clown this man, but it is clear that he has and still is funding MANY hip hop songs/albums! Building a studio in his new mansion is smart. That way artists can record exclusively on his property. When you fund many artists you get proceeds from that work. It keeps money flowing in when you may not even have a job!
