The best place to get that is to just buy it from his bandcamp. That's what I did, but I also bought the hotline miami collection on Steam just because it comes with both hotline miami 1 & 2 soundtracks which have a lot of his good songs from visitors & hm ep in them, as well as the hm2 remix ep which has the remorse carpenter brut remix that is an absolute banger and that's the only way to get that song. I honestly don't even play hotline miami on pc, I enjoy playing them far more on my Switch but I just wanted the albums lol
