Since I posted those teal pops over a year ago, I've had so many requests for a tute and the irony was, I filmed it within a couple of months of the originals but baby Frank just wouldn't let me have a minute to myself... for about 18 months! In fact, I have a bunch of already recorded tutes, including more NAILS THAT ROCK!!!

In this video, I use the exact same technique of dragmarbling, aka wet on wet, aka sharm technique, aka blooming, but this time over a warm-toned opal geode centre.
Products used:
The Gel Bottle Inc Products - hit the bottle here:

Builder in a bottle 18 overlays (aka BIAB, a soak-off builder gel)
Gel Pot Clear - used to encapsulate the opal but really not necessary
White BIAB (mixed with the micro mylar flake to create the opal)
Daisy / 001 gel polish - my go-to, super opaque, bright, non-wrinking white 2-coater, used for marbling, both neat and diluted with pissy topcoat
Sponge buffer - great for buffing regrowth & blending and refining the overlay
Madam Glam Products:
Light Ruby base colour & Back to Cali, diluted for marbling on the rose gold
Evening Teal base with marbling in Minty Glam & Irresistible and vein detail in Treat Me Like Fire, for the teal version

Glitterarty Products:
Arctic Seal Micro Mylar Flakes were used for the rose gold version of the opal geode, Narwhal for the teal version
I also show colour suppression to the above flakes, plus Arctic Wolf, Puffin (similar to Narwhal), Reindeer and Killer Whale (similar to Arctic Seal)
On the chrome fingers I'm wearing Glitterarty's #bestrosegoldchrome ever.
And if I did these again, I'd use their Fairy Magic unichrome pigment, in place of the Born Pretty one I used on this mani.

And there's no point linking that Born Pretty pigment because they no longer seem to stock it, or the 6 other pigments in the set I bought.
And of course, you'll need the usual brushes, base and topcoats, plus a non-wipe topcoat of your choice, for the chroming.
