I mean, not every anime op/ed can make you deliberately open RUclips and search for the mv, or make you consider learning how to sing it, while with some anime you’d just skip the song part, so yes, Dying Wish has made itself in to my favorite anisongs. For me the hype is about as the level of Black Butler- Monochrome no Kiss, Death Note - The World, or Code Geass- Colors, those type of anisong that will probably be easily recalled in my memory because they’re that memorable.
