When first impressions on the song were that it wasn't suited for Moriarty the Patriot anime due to it being 'upbeat' but when finally seeing the lyrics it's definitely suited. Thank you for this absolutely amazing song!
I know! I had the same sort of experience with it! And the interesting thing is that the upbeat aura not only suits how the lyrics talk about the siblings' bond and their hopes for the future, it also becomes unsettling towards the end of the sequence when you see the ruined surroundings and the increasingly sinister aura around Albert and especially William. (Plus how Louis looks distressed and maybe regretful.) It's like the persistently playing cheerful song matches the fact that the older two are still continuing in their plans and either can't see or are refusing to acknowledge the troubles occurring.
@@AhsokaJackson It talks about their ideals but also mirror reality well and how far a person's actions will go towards achieving their ambition or goal. Especially when up to date with the manga, the song hits harder than ever😭

Excellent post, although Albert was smiling in the rain too. The rain could represent the washing away of their “crimes” or how they covered up how they killed everyone in the fire. I guess it’s up to you.
@@PrinceJayMoriarty Yeah ! It's a very good idea I agree with you If this rain means how they covered up their crimes it follows perfectly the scene before where they're soaked in paint. This is just my imaginary theory about this song and ending scene when I listen to this song. In ending scene 3 brothers were drawing beautiful scenery with lot of colors and their hands and faces were also covered in those paints. Now, in my eyes, those buckets of paints are blood of people they killed in order to build their estimated desired society. Even though it seems beautiful paint in our eyes and brothers, it may hold different meaning. In order to reach their fantasy they'd gladly take on brush(weapon) and paint till they reach it...
To be honest, seeing the anime first made me think that William is fully sociopathic, but I read the manga and saw that he's more sociopathic in the anime than in the manga itself. He's more expressive and sentimental on the latter especially on their childhood resolve as to 'Killing evil to wash them out'. In conclusion, I love the anime more hahahaha.

GLAD THEY FINALLY OPENED THIS VIDEO TO THE WORLD 😭❤️ I've been obsessed with the song since Moriarty's first episode
bop of the year
Haven't heard stereo dive foundation for a while, glad I can hear them again with such a banger
I'm back.
@@STEREO_DIVE_FOUNDATION you don't say...
2:20 and 3:34 my fave parts of the song
Andrew Scott's Moriarty and this Anime's Moriarty were probably the best ones.....
One of the anime eds i dont skip after the episode ends :)
Albert in the ending is just....
BEAUTIFUL ❤️
Ryuk would love this song
Episode 10 minute 20:00 of Yuukoku no Moriarty HYPEEEEED MEEEEE a lot
Moriarty and his brothers are painting with blood :)
SIMPLESMENTE AMEI eu viciei nessa musica especialmente na parte "don't believe what you can see" Aaaaa a tradução tbm q fazem da música em legendas eu imagino cantada e fica perfeito " não acredite no q vc pode ver" simplesmente amei esse anime é perfeito quero começar a acompanhar o mangá logo só preciso de tempo por mais musicas assim PARABÉNS!!!!
