    Hey coach. First thing, love your channel. Wish this existed when I was playing competitively. I would love to see a video specifically for "game day preparation". And, i would also love to see more videos for the men's leaguer. Thanks a bunch.

    Would mountain biking be good for the off season?

      It could be a good form of low-impact cross-training, however, I would reserve it for aerobic capacity work only. Maintain a heart rate of 120-150bpm and keep the session 60mins or less 💪
