    Hydration is arguably the most underrated aspect of performance in hockey. Without it, it doesn’t matter what your diet and training are like because hydration is an independent factor toward performance.
    Meaning, if you’re not hydrated, you’re not performing to your potential no matter how many other things you’re doing correctly. Follow this protocol and you’ll be good to go!

    Love science behind all this. This is high skill pro stuff. I know I need better hydration, coffee gets in the way. It's the life blood of I.T.

    Great vid! Should you drink water with electrolytes outside of a workout setting?

      Nope, no need for this. However, I do have my 1-on-1 guys sprinkle a small amount of pink salt on each of their main meals. This, I definitely recommend.

    How many grams per lb for amino acids? Also how many grams per pound for electrolytes (sodium + potassium) 1:1?

    How much water would you need if you are 165 pounds

      2339 grams/ml of water!

      Your weight divided by 2 equals your required ounces of water. 165/2 = 85.2 oz. or roughly 10 glasses a day.
