They taste like flavored sparkling water. I use the tri-berry. It has a bit of a fizz taste and the flavor is mild and not too sweet. Some may not like it but I have been accustomed to it. People may think I will taste like Gatorade. It works well for me. They sell them at Walmart in the sporting goods section too, among other places.
