@@samcalver2988LOL ! yeah man I've got a small gym in my home and the barbell I use is pretty skinny.I use metalq collars which have to be twisted to ensure the weighted plates don't slip over and fall from the skinny barbell
@@hussanshahid2789 yeah those are screw lock bars, with a 1 inch diameter. I would definitely reccomend upgrading to an Olympic bar if you can justify it. Difference is night and day
