    ♥️ Ingredient 材料:
    Water chestnut 8pcs 马蹄 8粒
    Carrot 1.5pcs 红萝卜 1.5条
    Scallion 2 青葱 2棵
    Prawn 200g 虾 200克
    Garlic 4 cloves 蒜 4 瓣
    Minced meat 1kg 肉碎 1公斤
    Salt 3tsp 盐 3茶匙
    Caster sugar 2tbsp 细砂糖 2汤匙
    White pepper 1/2tsp 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
    Five spices powder 1/2tsp 五香粉 1/2茶匙
    Light soy sauce 2tbsp 生抽 2汤匙
    Rice wine 2tbsp 花雕绍兴酒 2汤匙
    Sesame oil 1tbsp 芝麻油 1汤匙
    Oyster sauce 2tbsp 蚝油 2汤匙
    Egg 2nos 鸡蛋 2个打散
    Corn flour 100g 玉米粉 100克
    Bean curd sheet 2pcs (big) 豆腐皮 2大张

    Thank you for sharing your recipe. Do you know, you're the first one I saw that demonstrated to dampen the bean curd before using the wrapper. I bought a pack but there was no instruction in English how to use it and the clerks in the store didn't know how. So when I wrappened my Kueh Keng, there were air pockets and not tightly wrapped like those ones I saw being sold. But now I know what to do next time. Thank you so much. Your meat roll look so nice and pretty. We call it Kueh Keng in Fookien. Can you please tell me the size of the skin cuttings?

      切了才炸。肉片表面脆。炸了才切就没那么好吃。个人觉得。

      Ejmatt Delacruz The wrappers are bean curd sheets, I believe only found in Asian groceries/markets. They are the soft type.

      …加蛋加粉都是爭加肉泥的黏稠度炸好起來才切不會散散。
