Yes indeed those green Parmesan grated cheese lids fit regular mouth mason jars very well. Of course not the wide mouth ones. I use them a lot for homemade rubs and seasonings.
That is an awesome grill. Friday Night Fish Fry's is a religion all it's own here in Wisconsin. Every Friday night is fish fry and old fashions night. Cod is used at many restaurants and supper clubs around here. Thanks for sharing the seasoning. I'll check it out.
That grilled cod looked delicious Big Lew! Cod is a great tasting fish! I love to use it for fish tacos! Or battered with some chips! Great all around fish and that was definitely cooked to perfection! And I'll google Dr Dor's because I would like to try that lemon pepper! Have a great weekend Big Lew!!!

Yep, Cod flakes apart easily! I like the Nuke Delta, probably better for making pizza than the pizza oven I have! Great video Brother, just love hearing you talk most of the time! (with great content of course!)
