Will This Change The Way We Play Pokémon?!?

Will this little baby card from Prismatic Evolutions completely change the meta and how we play Pokémon? I think so.
A basic with no energy cost to attack that can item lock and has free retreat is so cracked in our current meta and will force deck builders to avoid item-reliant lists and may lead to Arven seeing a dramatic decrease in play.
