As someone born and raised on Long Island and has since moved away you have NO IDEA! I feel like a Youth again listening to their music. Also judging by the buzz these guys are gunna be HUGE!! L I H C Forever!
I found out about Koyo from a sticker/poster that was put up on the fence in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven on Pond Path in Stony Brook. It said something like, "KOYO -- Bringing Back Emo." Something like that. I found them on bandcamp and ended up going to the record release show at Amityville Music Hall. Truly a fantastic show. Like reliving my teenage years going to shows many times per year and just letting loose without a care in the world. Not surprised at all to see them growing steadily in popularity. I'm not from Long Island originally, so Koyo has introduced me to the Long Island hardcore music tradition, as well. Hopefully will see them live again in the future.
Seen them 3 times in the past year. Gonna see them again in a couple months with No Pressure and Fleshwater. I can't be more stoked with the blow up these boys are having.
I saw them open for neck deep in Philly, and whenever they’re in Philly I’ll be up front screaming til my lungs hurt. Such a sick band that deserves to be 100x bigger than they are.
They're on their way to that next level for sure. They such a sick live band and even this video doesn't showcase how amazing it is to see them in person
Catching this band before their inevitable blow-up is a beautiful thing. It's like watching history in the making.
Koyo supremacy

I love this band so much and can't wait to see them live

Ten Digits Away came out right at the right time for me, can’t help myself singing along
Caught Koyo at 2000 Trees because my pal had heard them and wanted to go check them out... superb and been listening since.

sounds like a gift from heaven. Current hardcore in this gray and postmodern world. 🇧🇷
These guys are amazing. Can't get enough!
This mix sounds beautiful
Loved them since 2021 and still love em now! Wished their tracks were sold on CD format online. Awesome content!
Played with these dudes in November 2021. Very nice people, especially the vocalist Joey, super friendly and smiley and appreciative
saw these guys last year in a small venue and loved the energy and sound. Probably the last time ill see them in a small venue!
When they were here they played maybe a 150 cap room and it was crazy!
They’re the type of guys who could make a stadium feel like a club with their energy.
My Brothers This Goes Hard
Loving the vibes! Glad I came across this
NY STRAIGHT EDGE !!!!!!!!
Haha saw that too
If I went back to the kid I was growing up, this band would be just as important to me as Senses Fail or Brand New is right now.
wow
