Toei had an injured, geneless Sanji handle King and Queen so well that King had to use Queen as a distraction to even land a hit, while 5 minutes later a healthy zoro gets his ass beat so hard he needs hiyori to save him. There is no agenda for toei other than the extend runtime agenda.
