    What's so rare about that lower east german handguard?

    • @yrsued
      @yrsued Год назад +2

      I think it has something to do with the fact that these are made of Bakelite and they break and there's not enough of them out there!! I paid more for the Handguard than for the BRAND NEW Stock, grip and upper hand guard...

      @Yamil R. Sued I did do some looking online last night. Looks like they vary alot in prices but in sure NOS ones cost a good amount. I have a east german set that came on a rifle minus the pebble stock, it came with the east german folder instead so I never really knew the lower handguards value.

    So my main issue with this guy is that if you have your own RUclips channel where your somebody who seems important then you can get on the list to get a customized product but if you're anybody else who knows and understands quality and has the money but you don't have a lot of publicity you get told that they're not taking any orders.

      You must be a Millennial!! So, you mean that there should be no rewards to putting in 29 years of hard work and climbing your way from obscurity?? I went to my first SHOT Show in 1995, NOBODY knew me!! NOBODY!! I had to work myself and be rejected OVER AND OVER again until someone gave me a chance!!
      You know who that was?? Wally Arida, he started Gungames Magazine!! HE gave me my first chance!! Then, in 2004, Jim Scouten, from American Shooter, then Shooting USA got me another gig, after that, it started to grow, slowly!! Another two people were Pete and Frank Brownell, both gave me work and opportunities to grow!! The rest, it's been slow and steady!!
      Ya, you have to work and put time into what you do, 29 YEARS!!! Almost half my life!!
