The origin of the word ' tulou' by the palangi is a myth. It was suppose to be a joke, just for a laugh.
The word 'tulou' was already in our language before the palangi arrived. It's not only Tonga that use tulou. Other Pacific countries have it in their language.

Huo hokohoka huo means making trouble.
    Proverbs for lazy are -
1 Na'e hanga ki fe ho sipeiti
2 Nifo tu'u he vale(teeth are wasted on you)
    3 Pipiko moe nifo
    4 Na'e lii ki fee ho'o nge'esi kahi

The 3 level of yumminess needs to be clarify to the non tongan speakers.
    1 ifo = yummy
2 ifo vovo = very yummy.
3 out of this world yummy = ifo toho, ifo ma'alahi, ifo ha'aki, ifo taa katoa, ifo fakatu'apule'anga, ifo tootoo atu or use any superlatives, similes and metaphors.
Ifoua and ifoouna are not funny or yummy. Very misleading and meaningless.
