Factory tower does not have a boss its basically roy Koopa in the celling shooting blast shots and it's a factory.
Well it's still a tower level
Bowser Jr. was meant to be the boss of this level, but he was scrapped due to somehow being glitched. 😢
Hopefully they’ll fixing the Bowser Jr Boss Fight in Newer Wii DX in First World 8-Tower (Factory Tower)

It is possible and now that the wii is Dead there are no problems, just follow the installation guide in the newerteam page
