I highly recommend taking the wheel arch liners out if you are down doing this job anyway.
It makes it a little easier to reach the bolt that holds the bumper to the wing inside the arch.
But most importantly it is super common for the arch liner to hold mud,leaves,dead insects etc. Behind it against the paintwork and rot your car from the inside out.
I have a cheeky video on my channel showing it. It's just a bunch of Torx screws T25 I think. Super easy to do super worth doing.
