Started watching your videos recently and all of them were amazing and well delivered. Regarding Leander, as you pointed growth was primarily residential but nothing on commercial front. Leander Springs and Northline projects will take longer than anticipated given the latest cost (high interest rates) of project financing and home prices needs to be adjusted down by 20 - 30% to resume growth

Hey there! Thanks for the support and kind words 🙏🏻
I didn’t even think of interest rates being a factor for the completion of Leander Springs and the Northline project, but it makes a lot of sense.
We’ll see what happens. So many cities are growing with tons of residential space, but nothing for the residents to do 🤷🏼‍♀️
It’ll be super interesting to see how it all pans out over the next year.
Thanks again for the support and happy to help on any of your real estate needs 😊

Yeah I’ve lived in the south Austin area most of my 51 years on earth and still do, and I have a few Middle Eastern friends, and for some reason all of them have moved to Leander, and when I go visit them, I’m surprised at how beautiful the neighborhoods are, and they have nice restaurants, and even though they are married with kids, they have found several places to get drunk at. Lol

      Hahahah 😂
      I like your friends!
But you’re right, it’s surprisingly beautiful in Leander. Crazy how much it’s changed right?

Thanks for the update Daphne I live in West Texas and from time to time I invest in properties here because of the oil boom but for the last 10 years for some reason We keep coming back to the San Antonio-Austin area, hill country is gorgeous, so Leander looks like a good opportunity to start investing in but where do you think will the opportunity be specially entering a recession, is it in buying land or buying homes you think or perhaps commercial property, I would appreciate if you make a video on that, again thank you keep up the good work girl.

You couldn’t pay me to move to Leander... That’s years of your life wasted in isolation

Did someone offer to pay you to move to Leander ?
