Many of these issues end up being caused by the SD card you are using. Are you using a quality class 10 SD card? Also, trail cameras do like micro SD cards inserted into a full-size adapter. It is better to use a standard full-size SD card. Here is the card I use: AD amzn.to/3B1LEdH
Thanks the video, just a quick question, everything working fine, only when i switch to ON mode, put it down, auto record ready but no recording just when i record manually in test mode, little help would be good here, how is recording automatically exactly? thanks
Sounds like the motion detection is not turned on or is set to low. Try doing a factory reset. If that does not fix the issue, I would reach out to customer support for help. It may be defective.
It means that the card is not reading right. If you are using a micro-SD card with an adapter, it may mean the adapter is bad, or that they lock switch is engaged. Check the lock switch or try a different card. Trail camera prefer regular full size SD cards.

Can't get mine to work. It's got no Bluetooth option in the menu
