Bro welcome to the Dirty Loops Experience...every single song is a WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!!, please react to more, you´ll love this band, they sound like nothing in the music market Cheers.
"He just pops off." 😂 That's what they do! They just pop off. No time to get your mind right. DL always takes you on a ride you're never really ready for but you don't want it to end. So, DL are the bassist, keyboardist/vocalist, and drummer. Cory Wong is the guitarist and the horns come with him. I believe the "hee hee" sound you hear is actually an MJ sample. DL are managed by Quincy Jones, so they have that kind of access lol! I hope you go down the rabbit hole because everything Dirty Loops do is epic.
You just totally earned my sub. For those of us who love Dirty Loops (here obviously with Cory and his horn section) there are few little life treats more enjoyable then seeing someone else experience the Loops for the first time. Your reaction was wonderful and priceless. You brought all your delighted bewilderment of just what the hell am I witnessing here to the reaction and thank you for that. There's just too much to say about Dirty Loops other than please do yourself and us the pleasure of reacting to more of them. You can't go wrong, there are no bad Loops songs. Thanks again.
The there on the right, aka Dirty Loops, are in Stockholm, while the others are in the USA somewhere, Minneapolis I believe. Shot and recorded in two places, then stitched together into one video. Well done, right?
Great reaction. “Dirty Loops” are actually the 3 guys on the right. This is a collaboration between Cory Wong (Git) his horn section and them. But even when they are on their own, they will blow your mind :)
I've been a professional drummer for 46 years. I've played ALL styles of music both live and in the studio. But I have to say that in all of my musical life, in all the bands I've been blessed to play and collaborate with, this "Follow the Light" track has just completely blown me away. The amazing "pocket" that these folks were able to establish is like NOTHING I've ever experienced. Especially given the fact that I understand that they didn't even record this video in the same studio with each other. Dirty Loops was home in Sweden, and Cory Wong (who plays with such funky precision) was in Minneapolis with his horns. They are all completely outstanding musicians, but that BASS!! THE BASS!! I hope he was standing near a bucket because the FUNK was just dripping off his hands. The triplet-slaps at the end of some of his phrases slayed me. His solo was on another planet. Him and the drummer (I've seen his solo in "Work Shit Out" and he's completely GOLDEN) are joined at the hip! I've watched this video about 11 times, and it drains me each time. MASTERPIECE!
Tnx for a great reaction and welcame to DL World:) I sugest you react to there cover of "thriller" on the same album, and then "next to you" by DL, it will blow your mind!!
This is recorded in two different studios Dirty Loops are in Sweden and Cory Wong and the Horn Heads are in Minnesota. Then spliced together. Cool huh!
Such a great reaction, bro, and some really good comments too… 👍 Have you checked out their song “Next to You”? If you haven’t, I’d love for you to do a first reaction video on it, because it’s on fire! 🔥 Also not sure whether you heard/did their track called “Turbo” from their collab album with Cory Wong… All of Dirty Loops’ stuff is priceless and just so much fun to watch… Looking forward to more from this channel! 👍🙏👍
U can react to any DL songs Or Jonahs solo stuff And Song for lovers 👍 Dirty loops are only the 3 to the right Cory wong on guitarr And the hornsection is studio musicans that plats together with Cory
This is just *so* good.... Snarky Puppy -level musicianship all round, but with an MJ/Stevie high class pop core, instead of jazz-funk fusion. Amazing. p.s. now that I've mentioned them, check out Snarky Puppy's "Lingus", & their "Something" with Lalah Hathaway sometime. ;)
@@Fifth_unit Yeah, MJ's "Thriller." You have to have some major, musical confidence to consider taking on one of the most iconic, beloved pop songs of all time. Needless to say they do it proud!
Pause the song even more often. I think you listen to it in too big chunks. A song should be played in 2 sec. segments so you don´t have any idea how the song actually goes.
Bro welcome to the Dirty Loops Experience...every single song is a WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!!, please react to more, you´ll love this band, they sound like nothing in the music market

Will be reacting to more! They are crazy good!

😂😂😂 like straight off the bat! But yeah imagine someone trying to dissect this song.. it’s waay too complicated that they make it sound so easy hahah
You can check out the drummer Aron and piano player Jonah in "Work shit out". It is really nice!
Will try my best to get to it!

@@Fifth_unit Your delightful reaction kind of made that a no brainer.

Check the name of the video editor in the credits.
It is hectic! I thought it was one! I don’t know how I missed it

And they recorded it from two different continents. Usa and Sweden.
Thanks for clearing it all up! They did a mad job together!

Alright will look into it! Thanks for the recommendation!
Actually that was a bari sax with the girl with the blue hair (Grace Kelly). And Kenny Holman playing tenor sax... Both are crazy good sax players.
Deffintely agree that they are crazy good!
This is recorded in two different studios Dirty Loops are in Sweden and Cory Wong and the Horn Heads are in Minnesota. Then spliced together. Cool huh!

Will try check it out🤟
@@Fifth_unit Yeah, MJ's "Thriller." You have to have some major, musical confidence to consider taking on one of the most iconic, beloved pop songs of all time. Needless to say they do it proud!
If you want to get totally confused and blown away by virtuosity, Songs for Lovers - Old Armando had a Farm

Awesome reaction man 👍
Appreciate the comment!
Your sound is Jona’s voice

@@Fifth_unit He was being ironic
Then again, maybe Lima was being ironic.
