My eyes are bleedin.... horizon focus vs feed yone and what 3 MAws? xD why not go for shadowflame and deal like 5 million dmg more
Once you get voidstaff, Horizon will always deal more dmg than shadowflame because of the dmg amp %. Also Hwei's kit benefits a lot more from cdr than extra dmg (especially since I'm not running cdr boots here)
