Fell madly in love with this angel when I was 10 years old (back in 1974). And this very song is what captured my little heart.

As said by Bruce Lee, the key to immortality is first living a life worth remembering. Like many here, I had my crush on her as well. Her voice is so beautiful, wonderful charisma and such a class act!
She is like an angel.
The music for HYNBM is a wonderful platform for Olivia's incredible vocals. Her live performances like this are virtually identical to the studio version of her songs. The natural state of her vocals were just pitch perfect, there was nothing to "fix". The very first version of I Honestly Love You was the one released to the world. In her autobiography she told the story of her one and only singing lesson. She was perhaps fifteen or so. Olivia quit after one lesson because the coach was trying to change her voice/vocals to something Olivia didn't like. Somehow Olivia knew she had amazingly unique and enchanting vocals as a teenager and didn't stop believing in her abilities to succeed. Olivia is such an inspirational and iconic being. We all miss her so much but she is still a part of my life every day! IMO, HYNBM highlights her vocals so well. (and don't get me started on her visuals!). It is really hard to think of a more perfect human being than Olivia.
I will tell you a most beautifully true story is the creator knows it happened many many years ago I wrote a beautifully song and one day I sang it in a field to a young beautifully women aprox 16 to 18 years old the song was ketuf I had no pa system no band or music just my vocals is I sang ketuf to this women tears begi to flow down her cheeks after I finished the song the woman said that was the most beautifull song I have ever heard glad you liked it I said in my mind I thought she what say the saddest song she ever heard to many and the few who have heard it they would say saddest although beautifull ketuf is about a dog who out of love dies is he fights a pack of wolves and saves my life it multitoned and natural a insert from ketuf ... a d I went to Kentucky and I sailed the ocean blue people kinda loved me I'll never forget ketufs bloody body I like your comments concerning olivia newton jhon 😅 I allso miss her singing
