How could you forget the Cornmeal mod? The corn! The corn is mandatory! All praise the corn! I feel insulted! Not really, but still the Cornmeal mod is a must have for me in every game.
A good food supply, lots of wood for a camp fire and a lot of heavy coats/jackets lol winters can be super rough so make sure you get as much food as you can during summer and don’t go on a recruiting spree your first year in and plant crops as fast as possible. Make sure you get someone with farming lvl 2 or higher if you can to play your seeds so when they are harvested you will get seeds back. @@sniperman1109 its not so much my group its the enemy groups or survivors lirerally every camp died 🤣 i had no one to help or fight against just random encounters with bandits and such
@@DbZ-Legend1 well that’s more of a dumb ai problem 😂 that you can’t really control. A lot of people complain that after the frost winter that all of the towns are completely destroyed and that’s very accurate because every single game I’ve played usually has that same result lol.
@@DbZ-Legend1 yeah, this game is still being worked on and as much as I love the game it does have a few issues like be ones for me is more quality of life types stuff. Not being able to make certain buildings only have certain items in them, a lot of the time npcs just throw stuff wherever and it’s really frustrating to me not being able to set up these buildings to strictly have certain items in them only and nothing else kinda like you can in rimworld. I feel for a game like this where it is a community builder the ability to do that and have a relationship chart to see what everyone thinks of each other and what’s peoples relationships between each other would really bring this game together. But hey the game isn’t done being updated so who knows what will be added! We can only hope that some of the issues like this will be fixed and I’m sure they will be at some point!😃
Hey man quick question. How does the wind up radio work in terms of spotting hordes and what not? I’ve been told that if you have it in your base then you’ll get to see what’s goin on the map but I just started playing with only about 5 ppl in my community and I have a radio but it doesn’t seem to do anything other than lure zombies after I throw it
You must have the radio in someone’s inventory for it to work, if you do that you should be able to spot hordes, raiders ,etc. thank you very much for watching!😁

@@ghostcappin3294 sometimes you’ll see your peoples say things like “Hey we got a group of looters incoming to our base, let’s go kick their ass.” Or something like that. They will only call out the threats tho when they are right at your doorstep. They Even announce when there are traders and refugees as well. So if you wanna always make sure your safe I’d check the map regularly for threats, that’s what I do lol
