    I have a full size rig and I always like to see videos of trails before going on them to make sure they’re not small Jeep trails. so thanks for doing this vid!

    The best part is pine tree's at the top didn't see end of road in pines.

    Nice, Thanks for letting me live vicariously through you! I think 5th gear in low range is probably fine you just have a very low gearing.

    I went the weekend but I think I went to a different route,I didn't drive by the pines what route is this

      Its been a long time but i think that might have been a forest road (maybe 648) that was connected to some parking with hiking trails. I’m not 100% sure though

    So being in 5th gear in low range probably won't hurt anything, but it is unnecessary. If you are that high of gear in the trans in low range, you could probably save some gas being in 4 high an just going slow. Personally, when I wheel, I drive in 2wd unless I get to something harry. I put it in 4wd if the ground is soft. and low if I am doing something gnarly. If you are in 4h just going slower will bring the RPMS down and probably save you some gas.
