What was so extraordinary about the Lindt cafe was that the Police were not going to do anything until a hostage was killed because they did not want to upset the "Community" by shooting an Isslamik terrroist ...... If she was such a great journalist she would address this . shame.
I don't think the police was worrying about upsetting any "community". Of course, before a hostage is killed, the police will try to end the situation by negotiating with the terrorist to free people. After someone was killed, then it's over.
