    14 years into the future: This is the only thing that has helped me so far. The relief really comes fast and as an aspiring artist, my hand is curretnly setting me into panic-mode on a frequent basis. Oh well.
    Gonna try doing the exercise on a regular basis from now on! c:

      Hell yeah good to hear! Just doing these stretches for the first time i can tell they're working on my problem areas. Mainly that 3rd exercise. Let's hope continuously doing them solves the problem altogether

    omg, the relief is immediate! thank you so much!!! i've been in pain for weeks. ice didn't help, a heating pad didn't help, a brace didn't help, and pain killers were only a temporary fix. doing these stretches gave my wrist instant relief!!! i will definitely be doing these every day from now on!

    Ive had bad tendonitits on and off for the last six months, been using antiinflamitory medication and deep heat, theses exercises have just baout cleared all symptoms, im back to pumping iron again, thanks man, you are a lifesaver!!!!!
    If only one of the three doctors i saw could have shown me these exercises !!!!!

    You're a life saver, I've had tendonitis for a month now and my doctor told my to use a brace but it didn't show any signs of progressing, so i looked up another way of healing tendonitis and i found out all these exercises work! I've never had this in my life so i didn't know there was another way, God bless you man.

      @@RahulMeena-zj3tt carpal tunnel is a part of the wrist. Eliminating it would mean something very bad. However, eliminating the carpal tunnel _syndrome_ is good!

    Hi,
    I'm an artist/architect who either draws or uses mouse all day long. I have been having wrist pain for years when I work too much. It usually went away after resting for a few days, but for two days it's been unbearable. I found your video and just did the exercises, pain is lighter now and I'm sure it'll go away soon.     I've been a freelance illustrator for years, and that third tendonitis exercise hit the very spot I've been having a lot of pain and tension in for so very long. Thank you so much! I can feel a lot less pressure in my hands, wrists, and arms now, even after just one session of each exercise.

    I'm a knitter and of late haven't been able to knit at all due to pain in my hands. No stretches were working for me. But I just did this series of stretches and I'm amazed! I'm going to take your advice and do this several times today ... maybe I can finish this blanket I started knitting by end of next week! THANK YOU so much for posting this! Life saver!

      There are a few factors in treating carpal tunnel syndrome naturally. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Dariks Pain Destroyer (check it out on google) without a doubt the best resource that I have ever seen. look at all the incredible information .

    This worked for me! After having Xrays, cortisone injections for my painful tendonitis, doing these exercises provided instant relief for my hand after living with it for about 1.5 months.     My husband sent me a link to this video last year after my tendonitis was diagnoses and the stretches really helped with my pain. Now, in a lot of pain again I searched for your video so I could use it again.

    I did 2 sets of these exercises right before i went to bed and no pain throughout the night or morning. RUclips viewers are relentless when it comes to comments and seeing how all the comments ive seen are positive, thats how you know these work :)

    Incidentally, I think you meant to consult a physician (a medical doctor), not a physicist (a scientist who studies physics)

    this is going to sound repetitive to a lot of other replies here...but this worked. I was suffering for about two weeks in uncomfortable pain, then I did some stretching exercises and instantly I felt better, and now about two days later I feel 100%. Thank you!

    OMG. I've been suffering for the past couple of days with newly developed tendinitis. Someone told me to look up stretches, it had never occurred to me that you could stretch this area- it's such a small awkward place on your hand.     I've been suffering for weeks now, I'm 8+ mos pregnant, and getting comfortable is not easy. I've tried everything! These excercises have been the best! I had my first full night of sleep with minimal disruption, and saw improvement right away. Now, I do them several times a day!

    OMG thank you for this I have been crippled with tendinitis for 6 weeks.......went to my Dr today he was of course no help.......the only physiotherapist in our town is out on sick leave........so I was desperate enough to go on utube....... but this worked within seconds the pain was gone...... it's amazing to me how something as simple as a few stretches can bring me such relief..........thank you :)

    Wow, thanks for so much. I had been suffering with - what I was told was carpal tunnel syndrome, then I saw your video and started doing your exercises, within two days the pain in my hand started to subside and within a week - it was like a miracle. Today I went to see the Consultant and was told that my carpal tunnel is resolved. Why doesn't anyone tell you its this simple instead of giving painkillers and anti inflammatories for months on end. Thanks again

    I'm a digital artist who started showing signs of carpal tunnel a month and a half ago. I started doing these stretches plus a few others I found online and in about a week my pain levels were reduced dramatically. I can keep up my work now without slowing down, so I just wanted to say thank you for this video, it really helped me.

      Cody Dixon Yeah that will do it. I got my RSI from a game where you have to keep attacking by hammering the button. It goes away and comes back all the time. Playing games like MKX makes it worse and it never really goes away fully.

    I've been having severe wrist pain in my left hand for months now and even bought a wrist brace for myself, which alleviated the pain slightly and temporarily, but it always came back. About one second after I'd done a series of these stretches, I was able to move my wrist in a way that is usually incredibly painful and it felt perfectly fine. I'll definitely continue to use these on a regular basis! Thank you so much for sharing such a helpful and informative video.

    I have shared this video at least 10 times over the years. I know it's not a lot but it's my go to whenever wrist pain comes up. I always have trouble finding it but I keep looking specifically for this one because it's the one that cured my undiagnosed tendon inflammation. I was stupid for not going to the doctor, was hurting for like a year and feeling really depressed about not being able to play guitar anymore until I found this video.     OMG. Bless you. The 3rd one gave my finger mobility just after one try. Not complete mobility, but much more than I had. It hurt to do, but the pain was worth the result. Thank you for making this video. I'm definitely saving it for future reference.

    I've been doing these stretches hourly since 9 a.m. It is 2:30 p.m. now and I have full mobility back with no pain, still slight inflammation but it has only been a matter of hours and it feels as though it is subsiding. I play guitar, do Muay Thai and also work out with nunchucks. needless to say I put my wrists through a lot. I was in a lot of pain for 3 weeks and was popping ibuprofen like candy to no avail, and now a few hours and simple stretches later I feel great. Thank you so, so much.

    I only do the first one, have been doing it for about 2 days every time my fingers get tingly, and it helps a LOT! Already the amount of times my hand goes tingly/numb has reduced (it used to go numb/tingly every time I used it pretty much, including typing or just holding something) and when it does it hurts a lot less than it used to. Thank you!!

    I got tendonitis in my right wrist a couple years ago and it's limited my strength and flexibility to this day. These exercises are really helpful and I wish I knew about them before!
