You were so excited to have her back it was heartwarming to see! And wow your pets' love for her is incredible. I mean, it's usual to see a dog like Penny get very excited to have on of her humans back, but what really amazed me was your cats' reactions! Of course, they are way subtler than dogs in their approaches but you could really feel their love and happiness to have her back. If they didn't care as much they wouldn't have come at all, or if they were simply hungry as I've read in the comments they would have come to you instead or wouldn't have reacted this way towards her :)
The image at 5:35 is just adorable. I love seeing how much you guys love animals. It just warms my heart. Also, Alaskan mosquitoes come in two sizes: twin engine and quad, all of pure mean.
So glad you got your Kristen back for a bit, Cory! And Penny is so happy and adorable, as usual. I hope she's on good heartworm prevention to protect her from those ginormous mosquitoes! They remind me of the bees I saw in Alabama...HUGE!

Penny totally looks like my grandma's dog who passed away in 2004. Her name was denise or short nisi (pronounced like nee-see) and I grew up with her. Every time I look at penny in the videos I'm like "OMG she's alive!". I miss her really much allthough it's been more than 10 years now I still remember our times together like it was yesterday. I've never seen a dog that looks like her except for penny. And the only difference in their looks is that penny has like half-standing ears and nisi had those really flat wiener dog ears. Spring has been taking awhile in most places guys,.Here at Sault,Ont. its just starting to get warm daytime, nights r cold,. Other side of Sault, Mich. The snow just stopped last wk,..Terrible,..Enjoyed ur video,.

Mosquito was HUGE because those sleep at the winter so they has to be big and strong to survive that winter.. Later on they are a bit smaller. But because weather is so rough in northern areas mosquitos are kind of mutants!
The big ones hibernated since last summer, new ones hatch soon and they're the fast ones that bite and are harder to swat. Hopefully since its drier, low humidity, fewer mosquitoes will hatch. Just wait until there's some in the bedroom at night when you're trying to sleep.
If you plan on spending any amount to time out side get a thermacell. I use one when I hunt in the swamps in eastern NC and its beyond amazing. I've never been bothered by mosquitoes or black flies when it's on.

When I first lived in Seoul decades ago I could not easily get American-style smooth or crunchy peanut butter. The Korean version was called "Peanuts Jam" and seemed to include roasted (and perhaps burnt) skins. Very thick and gummy too.
Your carpets are beautiful. If you want to preserve the ones exposed to outside light (2:48 and 5:05), I highly recommend putting 3M window film with UV protection on your windows. Otherwise the carpets will start to fade in a relatively short time. If you paid a lot for these carpets then they are worth preserving for life. Otherwise, not to worry.
Make sure you invest in an electric mosquito swatter. It looks like a small tennis racquet and it's battery powered. You push the power button while you swat the mosquito. ZAP! Hours of entertainment! You'll need it once they start entering the house.
I think that brown layer from the peanuts choco balls is the same coating as what they put on japanese peanuts, "Japanese peanuts are essentially peanuts encased in a hard and crunchy slightly sweet wheat flour shell and a hint of soy sauce"
