What an amazing product by Tata 🔥 Hats off to team Tata for Safari Facelift. 🙌 I just hope that after so much of tech in car there should not be any software gimmicks and wish to get LANE KEEP ASSIST update at the earliest.
Very poor aftersales. I bought and got the new Safari Delivered 10 days back. At time of PDI the infotainment mic was not working. At delivery date delivery person informed me that mic is fixed and called me to take delivery. But the mic was still not working. It was promised that it will be fixed in 5 days. But now a deadline of 20 days has been given - that too after regular follow ups from my side. Now another issue is that the speedometer has frozen at 3kmph. Very poor support from Tata and fraudulent sales person have been recruited who only want to get the car off their shelves and not concerned about the customer. Very dissatisfied.

Bro, Get the software updated to 14.2 everything will get automatically fixed. Newly launched vehicle; so minor glitches will be there. It can be ignored and fixed with regular software updates
@@billk2904 That issue has been fixed. But there are certain glitches. Like sometimes the indicator is working but it does not show on the screen. My first service is due now. So surely will get the vehicle inspected and fixed. But the vehicle is very good. I have manual and drive is very comfortable. Just that the clutch travel is very long. No doubt built is at par with some german manufacturers and the steering wheel is very accurate. Also getting and avg of 18kmpl ! - 80% highway run. I hope the software is fixed via update soon for a hassel free experience 😊

Hello, I m from meerut and I have booked a TATA SAFARI FACELIFT ADVENTURE MODEL from ANJNEY AUTOMOBILES meerut on 8th October 2023 when bookings start. Dealer told me to car to get delivered in month of November but when dealer didn't deliver car till 8th december. I cancelled my booking from ANJNEY and rebooked at VASU AUTOMOBILES on 8th December. They also told me to get delivery upto 25 December. But now they are telling that plants are closed and you will get delivery in 2024 with new rates. It's really bad from tata dealership as I have a plan to go on a trip in new year but tata dealership are very annoying with customers. Please raise my issue to tata officials.please help me sir 🙏🙏
