How did they achieve the color grading at 0:13-0:16. It's has kind of a dull but still colorful tint to it. Ya feel? Like, I know 100% that's post production editing and not natural lighting.

up the exposure, lower the contrast, up the whites, up everything light wise (not too much), hue the blues to a lighter blue, up the blues luminance, boom

Probably slow mo built in the camera like Jon Olsson uses.
60 frames? 120 frames? probably 60
its a canon 5d mark III which shoots 1080p at 60 fps.
5d mark iii don't shoot at 60fps, just 24. That was probably a Panasonic GH4 cause he's last videos were shooted with that camera.

+Matt Micallef I was there on a jet ski tour and I think the guy said its on a private island near cococay where there's swimming pigs and the island was shut down because of one of el chapos plane crashed into the drug house and is now in the ocean

If you are referring to the animals at 0:37, those are nurse sharks. As for the pig, part of this was most likely shot in Exuma, Bahamas which is known for its pigs!
