I'm oily and the absolute best primer I've found to control oil all day (which is a pore-fessional dupe) is elf + Matte oil control primer in the light pink tube. The absolute best.

love the honest review I was debating on taking the pink one back and getting the white, but I dont see a difference I noticed with your review and others your makeup is not overly oily so it has to be the foundation. which I need that foundation I am going to try to pick that up. the review was great

For some reason I see a bit of shine on the matte side on the exact spots you put it on. The original primer looks more matte. Other than that you still look great & love this look!

When I put mine on and rub it around my face it like sticks and gets kind of clumpy in areas

Would you use this product on your eyelids too or do you need a separate primer for eyelids?
No you should not put this on the eyelids. I would use a different primer if you want to use a primer. I just use concealer as a primer and then set it with powder.
You can buy the putty eye primer
Concealer is not supposed to be used as a primer as concealer has more liquids and is made for undereyes and eye primer is made to control oil. To each their own but I suggest even the $3 Elf eye primer for lids is much better than concealer
I bought the matte one but then later regretted it because... If you wear sunscreen, then this product doesn't have a place in your routine. 🤷🏻♀️ So I realized I'm never actually going to use it.
Why is that? Why not use sunscreen and the primer

I just have to share my experience with the matte variety. I'm not sure what is in this crap it has to be the clay ingredient or something but I'm telling you this primer set my face on FIRE! It also made me break out which I NEVER do. It's really strange because I absolutely LIVE for the poreless putty primer I literally dug every last bit out of the tub so I was really disappointed when I had such a horrible reaction to this product. I immediately ordered my original PP primer and I'll be giving this mess away because this primer is straight up the devil I mean if Satan had a makeup product this would be it because this felt like hell fire being rubbed on my face!

Do not use this product. I rubbed it on my easy for a year and my ears still do not look pointy like an elf.

Why do you wear foundation 4 shades darker than your skin tone... as a poc, that's not it.
I had self tanner on so I wanted to match my face to my body. It was still developing in this video so that is why it didn't completely match.
