Nikkia Joy i have such oily skin..ill wash my face and i swear that 2 hourse later ill have so much oil around my nose and chin that yoj can fry an egg with it...this oil i feel is the reason for my acne...yoir skin looks acne free can you tell me whay face wash and acne medicine you use if any thanks in advance
vanessa encarnacion, If you are producing an excessive amount of oil, I'll _try_ to help you (or anyone reading this interested?), with a few tips. I'm obsessed with skincare lol. The oil acts as a barrier to hold in moisture on your skin. If your skin is dry, dehydrated, no moisture....it will produce a lot of oil as an attempt to save/preserve what little moisture your skin has. I know our skin is not all the same, but I know the feel of having oily skin and large pores. You fear using full-coverage foundation and getting out in the heat, even when using a setting spray and having tried many primers that claim to reduce pores that the sun can offer. --- First and foremost: drink looooooots of water. Hydrate your body to help hydrate your skin. A lot of people I know who had oily skin simply weren't taking in enough water. --- Moisturize. Your skin needs hydration, even when it's oily. It's always good to keep your skin moisturized. Try to use a super light gel type of moisturizer if you can, but you don't want something heavy like a cream or thick lotion type on your face. Keep it light. -- You can also use an oil moisturizer that has a high percentage of *linoleic acid* in its ingredients since your skin is producing a lot of _oleic acid_ (which contributes to producing thick oil on your skin, as well as sebum and closed comedones for your pores). --- Less dairy and sugar (if you're like me and love coffee and candy). Don't have to quit or cut it all out, but less helps. --- Don't use harsh cleansers (like Neutrogena's Ultra Gentle Foaming cleanser). You don't want a cleanser that makes you feel squeaky clean when washing nor one that will feel tight when drying, which will produce even _more_ oil. --- Do not constantly wash. Try to keep it minimal, once or twice a day. Excessive washing brings excessive oil. --- Try some kaolin clay masks. Daily or at least every other day. --- Look into using Black African Soap, which is good for acne and oily skin. --- A lot of people do the *OCM* (Oil Cleansing Method). Oil to combat oil ... who knew, but it works somehow. If you are unsure what it is, Google around and read up on it as it's an interesting method, but it's also very costly and time-consuming. I've done this method before, and really liked it, but it's too much. -- If you have a dermatologist, ask about *Spironolactone* (which is usually only prescribed to women, though) or *Accutane*. Sometimes, unfortunately, people are just genetically born with really oily skin. :( BUT you can reduce it to where your skin is more of a "combination" mix by at least looking into a few of the things I mentioned above. I'm sure there are a ton of extra tips I'm forgetting, but just going for what's most commonly recommended. (also side note... a product I recommend for pores: *Innisfree No Sebum* - It's a Korean beauty product, but it works miracles on mine. In fact, look into many Korean beauty products. Their makeup and skincare line is quite different than popular US/UK based brands and ingredients, and they are more focused on healthy skin.)
mine are about that big... or a tiny little bit bigger... when i do not have make up on, they're maybe not even noticeable for other people BUT when i have my foundation on and used the wrong primer or the beauty blender instead of a brush they literally look just like holes and like 3 times bigger than they naturally are.
Also even if you have oily skin you still need to moisturize when you keep putting moisture back into your skin you're not going to have as much oil coming through
I'm so glad that I found a make up channel with someone who has oily skin. I feel like the vast majority of make up artists on RUclips have dry skin so I can't really use their tips. But I found this channel and I can actually use your make up tips, yay!
that was the case for me too until I tried the L'Oréal Magic Perfecting Base! Now, I'm not saying it covers them COMPLETELY, but it has worked so much better for me than all of the high end primers. Better than benefit pores no more, smash box pore minimizing and smoothing, better than the baby skin, all of them! I just put some on my middle finger and dab it a couple times to really get it in there and then very gently smooth the remaining amount over the area. I haven't tried this technique yet, but that stuff works the best for me. Hope this helped a little for you :)
I also have huge pores. I feel like when other people say they have big pores then I see them, I'm so jealous b/c mines are always WAY bigger and deeper than most. SO gross but I am thankful for your tip as well, I have this product but never opened it yet but I am tomorrow so than you doll!
but, how do you ladies clean your face after putting on make up? I have very big and really deep pores, I understand the feeling when someone says they have ugly pores and I look at them and its nothing like mine. I feel like I have the worst skin. I'm afraid its going to clog my pores if I put so much face products.
Best tutorial for big pores! I have always had people comment on my skin, ' why do you have so many holes in your face' since I was young and still to this day! Make up usually makes them look larger. This technique is amazing. Thankyou!!!
There are manual exfoliators, like ones that use beads to manually buff away dead skin. Whereas chemical/acid exfoliators use natural acids such AHAS like lactic and glycolic acid and also BHAs (salicylic acid) to break down the dead skin and they also penetrate deeper into the pores! Even though it has the word acid (which sounds scary), they are actually way better to use for your skin as manual/regular exfoliators can create microtears if scrubbing too hard. And generally chemical exfoliants create better results!
OMG it WORKS!!! I followed all the steps and used the correct tools and everything and my pores were INVISIBLE! Thank you so much for posting this, my pores just started being a problem a couple of years ago, and I tried every primer I could get my hands on. This method WORKS!!
Aw, you're amazing for helping those girls out there with a pore problem. Instead of being a narcissistic influencer (who btw, would never expose their flaws) you showed us you genuinely care about fixing the problem, if you didn't care you wouldn't have bared all, so thank you for sharing your amazing solution, it actually addresses any pore problem!
I'm so glad I found your channel! I've been doing my make up totally wrong and have been so frustrated for so many years. I appreciate you making these!!
I am so happy that I stumbled across this video. It's been the RUclips equivalent of discovering a unicorn. I've got visible pores, always have, and have struggled with them making my makeup look like an absolute mess. This trick has not only made my makeup look so much smoother and flawless, but it's got the added bonus of letting me use less product than I was before. Thank you so much.
I have combination to oily skin, large pores and breakout prone skin and I use these methods and find that they don't break me out. Two key things to remember though: 1. Make sure all tools used (brushes, hands etc.) are very clean. 2. Make sure to thoroughly cleanse and exfoliate the skin both before AND after makeup application. Increasing the number of times I exfoliate per week has done wonders to reduce the appearance of my pores. Also, make sure your skin care routine is all covered (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturzer, spf, etc.)
+iFauxPas Omg I all I use is a cleanser. I don't even know where to start with the rest :( I do have an exfoliator but I always forget to use it. How often do you exfoliate?
Hi I am 61 and your video has helped me. I used to have very oily skin now its dry and my foundation used to show up my pores worse so just goes to show young people can help older people....never too old to learn....Thanks Nikkia.
I have been so happy ever since I found your channel! It seems like most beauty gurus have dry skin so they don't ever talk abt what oily skin ppl should use. You have been a lifesaver girl! Tysm for doing how-to vids bc they have really helped me a lot!
I love your personality and i always try your hacks/tips and they truly work. Always looking forward to the products you recommend. It's great to find a channel targeted to people with oily skin because the majority of the most popular beauty youtubers all have dry skin.
I have tried so many different ways to make my pores unnoticeable. Your tricks are the only ones that have worked! Especially the powder trick! Thank you so much! 😊
I tried this with the Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector and HOLY GUACAMOLE!!!! My skin was ridiculously flawless and I used Makeup Forevers HD Stick foundation 😱😱😱😱 it was absolutely insane! I could not stop looking at my skin! This advice has completely changed how I do my foundation!!! THANK YOU!!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙌🏻
Awwwww.. thank you so much for being brave and showing off your beautiful natural skin ! I'm starting to develop insecurities about my pores but your tips just helped me feel a lot more confident about my foundation routine! :) ♡
I am a makeup artist for over 30 years and have been using the velvet powder puff for ages!! so much better than any brush!!!! Makes a huge difference!
Love your tutorials keep them coming! Please make a tutorial on how to cover dark eye circles. For people with thin under eye skin no matter how much concealer is used the skin "height/thickness" difference always creates a shadow and looks like a dark circle from a distance.
I've got a tutorial on covering dark under eye circles! Just search it on my channel. If this doesn't help feel free to reach out and ask any questions that you still have :) x
You are like my dream come true. I always noted this between my cheeks and nose and just thought the texture of my skin changed. I didn't realise it was because of my oily skin. Thank you so much
Doing these steps makes ALL the difference in seeing (or NOT seeing) my huge pores. Thanks so much for sharing. This has helped me tremendously around my nose area. I don't use the same products but the technique is what works. pushing in and using a smaller brush around there really works the products into your face better for a way more flawless look. LOVE IT!!
Makes me feel so much better to really see the skin up close and not feel like my face is the only face that doesn't look airbrushed after makeup. My pores are bigger than yours though lol its kinda depressing
You really helped me out. After a long time buying different foundations and primers, I found out I just applied it wrong and you solved my poreblem! 😃
i am so glad i came across your page. i have big pores and oily skin and its the worst. i cant wait to watch all of your videos. thanks so much for the helpful tips. it really seemed like nobody understand us oily skin girls. even when i go into mac, they dont understand my skin. thanks girl!!!
Oh my goodness, Nikkia I try almost everything u recommend 4 oily skin and it's amazing how awesome they turn out. U have changed my life. Dealing w/oily skin is no joke. Thanks so much. God bless you.
I want to try this but Im really scared my skin will look cakey. My skin doesnt do very well with so much product. I gotta do the bare minimum if I want to highlight and contour as well.
you're the first beauty RUclipsr I have found that has my skin type. Just a quick glance through your videos and I found myself saying "Oh that's me!" its awesome when you stumble on something you know you'll love. I'm excited to explore your channel. :)
Mers ahuh it's the absolute worst. texture and gaping holes haha! what do you use to counteract it? do you a primer suggestion to fill pores for dry skin??
Skye Litvack The best thing I have found is the porefessional by benefit but I only use it on my t zone because it makes my dry skin even drier! Yet it is the best thing that I know. I do not know why are all these pore minimazing primers are always for oily skin😩
I know - All products needed are always for oily skin. Plus I get acne - the only products to combat this issue are intended for oily skin. How do companies not know about us yet - seems outdated. Thanks for your input :)
Wow I'm gonna try this method... I've tried and tried to apply foundation to my face but it always looked like my pores enhanced rather than be covered up. But now I'm excited to try this. And good to know that us ladies with oily skin don't age quickly... I was looking at my face close up and wondering when I'm gonna start seeing the wrinkles and that I better count my blessings. Lol...
If you press the make-up deep into your pores, will that cause breakouts? The finished result is Amazing, but I'm just worried that it might break me out. I am so appreciative of all the Awesome tips and tricks you let us know about! Also, you are Absolutely GORGEOUS Nikkia! Hope you have a Very Merry Christmas! 😊🎄💋💄
I agree!!! When a person has oily skin, then hiding pores can be tricky and down right pulling your hair out difficult! I've always said what you have said about having oily skin. We are lucky because we do not show signs of aging as quickly as those who don't have oily skin; it's s double edge sword 😉. Oily skin needs moisturizing as well, so I moisturize regardless, and wear makeup when I'm working or going out. I can become an oil slick within an hour, makeup or not! The UD de-slick setting spray for oily skin helps. But, I will try the products, tips and tricks you've shown in this video, so thank you xx.
This is going to sound cheesy, but I actually teared up a little while watching this video because I was like, "OH MY GOD THERE IS HOPE FOR MY PORES!" lol
Y'all should use NATURAL ALOE VERA. The real one. I put it in the fridge & I cut a little part everyday. I only apply it after I wash my skin. Then, I apply my usual facial cream after my yellow primer from MAC. Aloe Vera was the best solution for me. And once a week, do an "Aztec Healing Mask" mixed with "Apple Cider Vinegar". It will really reduce your pores. I prefer advise natural solutions to people. They really worked for me.
Let me first say, thank you so much for this video! 💜 I work so hard on putting my makeup on, and then I could just cry, after I'm finished, because I can still see the pores and my makeup looks so caked on. I'm a hot mess! I'm so self-conscious of how look, I'm sure you can understand. Yes, I do have very oily skin, and my appearance is so important to me. I am 58 years old, so I have several issues, with my skin. I will be keeping an eye on more tips from you.
Loved how this was real !! Most bloggers don't show such in depth (or constantly catch their own reflections and preen 😏So annoying ) this changed my life!! Better than my clear eyelash glue trick 😳
Smash box pore primer is one of my number one must-haves! It’s the second thing I apply each morning, right after butter drench by bare minerals. I buy them in bulk when I get a deal on them! Thanks for spreading the good news for us ladies with large pores.
Girl! Your videos are sooo helpful. I've also been struggling with my large pores and oily face for my entire life lol. What you just said about getting less wrinkles made me feel a bit better haha! And when you shared that bullying story, I feel like your BFF already.
Thank you for the amazing trick!!! I tried it right after watching this video and I must say, my face was more flawless . Usually the pores on my nose would peek through but this time it looked flawless . I almost didn't want to take my makeup off at the end of the night . Thank you
gosh, why didnt i find this vid earlier? Your advices are actually life changing. Yesterday I have bought the NYX pore filler primer, and honestly I was rather skeptical but pretty desperate. I have lotsa pores around my T-zone and i get oily so easily. Never thought that you have to actually push the primer and setting powder into the pores in order to get the job done. I swear, been walking around with a full make up all day now and my skin looks flawless, no creases, pores are barely visible 🥹✨✨ i never knew that this was actually possible for me! thank you so much
Love your videos! I have large pores and very oily skin. I've learned so much from you and my makeup is looking so much better. Thank you for doing what you do to help us old gals finial get a control on what our skin needs.
This video has changed my life for the better. You are gorgeous. Thank you so much. I wish you knew how amazing watching this was. I feel normal now. Was contemplating fraxel laser for my pores.... thank u. I'm human , sometimes I forget
Just think ladies, age 61 and still I am dealing with this problem. Yes oily skin makes for fewer lines even at my age, but still acne and micro tears trying to keeps my poor clean. Never had any beauty secrets to help so this video is wonderful. I am excited to try these methods! ty
Take two icecubes and massage your face everyday!! It will help. Also you can make ice cube out of water mixed with little aloe vera gel, or you can freeze watermelon or cucumber juice then use that for ice massage , it will make your skin radiant
I appreciate it so much that Nikkia is so self confident to show her bare skin. It helps me and probably others that just like her face these skin issues, feel confident and accept ourselves a lot more. Love your videos ❤
Ah, every video I get more and more questions answered. Every makeup how to I look up is covered by this guru!! Keeping makeup on the nose, oily skin hacks, this video. You're a life saver!! So glad I subscribed 💓
I agree, its probably good just for special days, where you don't expect to be out for a couple days afterwards as the pimples fester and simmer down again! lol! I'll still try this process out a few times and test it, because who knows, maybe this is some sick wedding day advice makeup wise!
I have oily-combo skin with some enlarged pores and I do full make-up 5+ days a week (I work for Clinique). I use primers, full coverage foundation, maybe some concealer, plus cheeks, brows, eyes, and setting spray. In addition to finding make-up that works for my skin type, I also have to make sure my skin care routine is on point. That's how I avoid getting break outs. I use make-up wipes to take the bulk of my make-up off, maybe use micellar water on cotton to get the rest off, and then use an oily skin cleanser to wash my face. After that it's an exfoliating clarifying lotion (that's what Clinique calls it's "toner"), any serums I am using, and a gel based moisturizer. I also take my make-up off right when I get home so it can breathe, and wash my face before putting make-up on. I used to be miffed by the time I spent on my skin care, but now I look at it as my "me" time and as something enjoyable. Just gotta find the products that work for you!
😲 is that you? You really change with makeup, impressive. Your technique to minimize the pores are awesome wow!! I learning with your videos and I will trying your technique explained here. Thank youuu!!
I think this would enlarge pores over time, do a little research before trying this method. Pores cannot be shrunk once they are enlarged and filling them is obstruction and their response would be to get bigger.
"you fill potholes with cement, right?" im driving here i sit, Cursing my government, for not using my taxes to fill holes with more cement... love the video by the way
Honestly, you rock!!! I totally changed the way I apply make up after watching your videos!!!! And I see SO MUCH difference, longer lasting, pore minimizing and natural finish! Seriously, thank you so much!!!! :)
My new favorite , never have I come across such awesome Oily skin solutions and helpers, I have spent my entire life oily and still have not come across such useful info as this, bless you from the Oily females of the world!!!
I don't get that if pores get in larger by being clogged and are overworking then why would you fill them up with primer and foundation wouldn't it just make them bigger overtime someone please answer my question😩😩
I started taking care of my HUUUGE pores a couple of years ago (im 28 now) i cleanse and scrub my face with products without perfume, u know gentle stuff with natural ingredients, and i also use a comedon extracter to get the deeper black and whiteheads out. Now i actually see an improvement, they seem smaller. They only get larger if they are clogged and not cleansed over a long period of time, U know, the older skin gets the more it looses the elasticity . (Sorry for my english) 😊🌸
Hi there! I just wanted to thank you for these tips! I have acne-prone, combination skin that is an oil slick in the t-zone and the Sahara desert in my cheeks (LOL) but somehow, I have dilated pores EXACTLY where you do. I followed your advice and for once, got such a smooth finish that it almost looked like I had gotten some sort of resurfacing treatment done! Much love and appreciation all the way from Montreal, Canada!! 😊😊❤
I am SO happy I found your channel. I have the same skin type as you and it's hard to find a quality channel that gets real about oily skin. Thank you!!
You have such beautiful skin! My skin is so textured and dry, I know you said you win some, you loose some, so perhaps I have smaller pores, but I switched to oil cleansing and 'slugging' and while it's helped a lot, I still have so many dry patches and texture. Gah! It's the worst! Xoxoox hugs! This video is fantastic!
Thank you so much Carmen! Keep experimenting - it's the only way I figure out how to do things haha and I promise eventually you will find something that works perfectly! x
You've got yourself a new Canadian subbie, JUST because I'm so impressed with the difference your technique made! I can't wait to try this tomorrow morning! Thank you! 😊
Finaaaallllyyyyy, a girl I can relate too!... so many girls say oh I have enlarged pores and I’m like “where?!” 🤷🏽♀️.... I have this problem too and my skin is just like yours without the make-up and it’s also oily, thaaaaaaaaank you so much for sharing you’re secrets I will definitely try this! 🙂👍🏽♥️
same here! I am scared that if I put products to hide them that they will just all clog in there and it will get worse. I don't know how to clean them thoroughly without hurting my skin.
+L Mathis you should try the vanity planet ultimate skin spa system ! I just got it and it really makes your skin clean after a day of makeup and it makes your acne fade away! You should look on the website I'm so happy I got it
Just subscribed to you cuz I feel like I'm the only one who struggles with massive pores and oil!! Good to know I'm not the only one and I'm DEFINITELY TRYING THIS IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!💗
I have oily skin, acne and large pores, life is hard
Life is amazing!!! I promise it could be much worse!! There are easy ways around these issues :) :)
girl you'll look younger!

When you've got dry and flaky skin as well as oily skin with large pores #why
LeoniohneE1 its combination skin type and i also have this problems and i hate it 😒
LeoniohneE1 same 😓😫😒
literally me too
It never ends... Theres like no solution
Same though
your pores are nothing compared to mine. My pores really define what "holes" are, when i put on foundation, you can really see the holes.
TengYin Liang that's how mine are too I hate it!!
sbrook1113 so I end up only doing makeup for my eyebrow, eye, and lipstick; this way the pores are not that noticeable
TengYin Liang mine too I really hate it
yeah, so its important to make sure to remove all the foundations.

As a lady who has pores so large I could be drilled for oil, I appreciate this tutorial and will be trying it tomorrow!
just make sure if you do these steps to thoroughly cleanse, exfoliate,& moisturize after! or they will clogg&enlarge more!
+Melbel Danielle Thanks! 😁
Ur welcome hunny!
Also even if you have oily skin you still need to moisturize when you keep putting moisture back into your skin you're not going to have as much oil coming through
+Melbel Danielle I'll admit that I am guilty of overmoisturizing my face after I wash it!
Uhmm yes! I totally am subbing! I can never find a guru with oily skin!! Life saver!! Thank you!!
Check out Amy Macedo!! She's another beauty guru with oily skin too!
Clarissa Luna thriftthink has really oily skin too! She's brill
Clarissa Luna Jackie Aina has oily skin, and Desi Perkins has combination oily skin, if that helps!
I find more beauty gurus with oily skin than dry haha

I'm so glad you found me too!! Oily skin for the win!! :P xx
+Nikkia Joy Yes girl, definitely! Thanks for replying by the way, it made my day :)
literally no pore primer i use fills in my pores it looks exactly the same as before i even put on primer -_-
that was the case for me too until I tried the L'Oréal Magic Perfecting Base! Now, I'm not saying it covers them COMPLETELY, but it has worked so much better for me than all of the high end primers. Girl this was so helpful! Thanks ! :)
Yay! I'm so glad it helped x
Oh my, I just tried it this morning....can't stop looking at myself! The small brush, genius!!!!!!! THANK YOU
Oh Jackie I am so so glad it helped you!!!! :)

I had no idea there was primer just for pores! I'm so excited thank you! I've avoided wearing make-up just because it was actually enhancing my pores.

I really want to do this but I feel like there's a 99% chance I will have a zillion trillion pimples two hours later..
exactly what happens to me
Same here I have really sensitive skin. I'd break out easily doing this lol
I have combination to oily skin, large pores and breakout prone skin and I use these methods and find that they don't break me out. Two key things to remember though:

Increasing the number of times I exfoliate per week has done wonders to reduce the appearance of my pores. Also, make sure your skin care routine is all covered (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturzer, spf, etc.)
+iFauxPas Omg I all I use is a cleanser. I don't even know where to start with the rest :( I do have an exfoliator but I always forget to use it. How often do you exfoliate?
i'd recommend once a week, since over exfoliation can cause breakout too
Hi I am 61 and your video has helped me.
Thank you so much!! Im so glad to be able to help fellow oily skin sufferers! :) xx
Nikkia Joy what's the name of the exact brush you use to go over the pores?
I have tried so many different ways to make my pores unnoticeable. Your tricks are the only ones that have worked! Especially the powder trick! Thank you so much! 😊
oh my god, this and the no slippery nose video are the most helpful videos I have ever seen! THANK YOU 😀
I tried this with the Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector and HOLY GUACAMOLE!!!!
Thanks a lot Nikkia I will check it out x
+Anna Andreou use a plumping under eye cream like "yes to blueberries" it helps to plump that under eye skin a bit and moisturizers as well! :)
You are like my dream come true. I always noted this between my cheeks and nose and just thought the texture of my skin changed. I didn't realise it was because of my oily skin. Thank you so much
Thank you!! Quick question... I'm also acne prone, do you happen to know if this will clog my pores and possibly break me out???
If you do this just make sure to deep cleanse your skin afterwards ;)
+Carolina Rivera because it will clog up your pores
It hasn't clogged my pores or caused my skin to break out. Just make sure you cleanse your face when removing your makeup each night :) x
+Carolina Rivera Thank you so much for the tip!! :)
+Nikkia Joy Thank yoh so much for replying!! I apprecite it. And great, thank you!! :)
Yay I’m glad I could help xx
That nail color what is it i love it! 😍
I love her nail polish also. What is it?
Thanks for actually showing a close up on your skin so we can actually see the difference! So helpful!
I find that my makeup settles into my pores and it looks like I have lots of little dots- even with primer
Me too and the foundation separates and looks nasty
+GloBall89 same for me :(
:/
Ditto
it's so annoying- does yours smear too? Even with primer and setting spray?
i am so glad i came across your page. i have big pores and oily skin and its the worst. i cant wait to watch all of your videos. thanks so much for the helpful tips. it really seemed like nobody understand us oily skin girls. even when i go into mac, they dont understand my skin.
thanks girl!!!
Oh my goodness, Nikkia I try almost everything u recommend 4 oily skin and it's amazing how awesome they turn out. U have changed my life. Dealing w/oily skin is no joke. Thanks so much.
God bless you.
+Donna DeQuire-Rios I'm so happy to here this lovely. You're most welcome 😘
I want to try this but Im really scared my skin will look cakey. My skin doesnt do very well with so much product. I gotta do the bare minimum if I want to highlight and contour as well.
try bare minerals
I’m blown away by the difference the primer made to your skin! Admittedly I was super skeptical coming into this video but wowie did you show me 🤩
Never clicked a notification so fast 💗
Nawww thank you! x
you're the first beauty RUclipsr I have found that has my skin type. Just a quick glance through your videos and I found myself saying "Oh that's me!" its awesome when you stumble on something you know you'll love. I'm excited to explore your channel. :)
I have large pores and extremely dry skin.
Skye Litvack I feel you girl! My pores are huge but I have dry skin.
Skye Litvack I really hope that brands realize that there are people with large pores and dry skin!
Shelly Rae Reed when I was watching her I thought I heard her pores scream out "I can't breathe" lol ;)
Awww I'm so glad this video has helped you! Please feel free to ask me any questions if you ever need to! x
i can never find a MUA w oily skin to relate to.. so lucky to have found u!! :) excited to watch ur videos
Oh thank god, I'm not the only person that gets tons of bumpy grossness around the sides of my nostrils after applying makeup.
Happens to me.. i really want to avoid this
Loved how this was real !! Most bloggers don't show such in depth (or constantly catch their own reflections and preen 😏So annoying ) this changed my life!! Better than my clear eyelash glue trick 😳
Don't you just hate HD cameras???
I do hate it :(
Wow. Tried this technique and it worked wonders!!! Brilliant. Thank you. The little brush is the best advice.
I'm so glad it helped you Shelley!! And thank you for your lovely comment :) x
So glad I found your Chanel ! Great tips
I tried this today and holy cow! So glad I found your channel and watched your videos for over an hour!
Is it weird to say that I love how you say "i know" lol 🙃🙃🙃💜💜💜
Thank you for the amazing trick!!! I tried it right after watching this video and I must say, my face was more flawless . Usually the pores on my nose would peek through but this time it looked flawless . I almost didn't want to take my makeup off at the end of the night . Thank you
I thought everyones pores looked like that tho
not
Some people are lucky enough to not have visibly pores
+natalie cohen visible*

gosh, why didnt i find this vid earlier? Your advices are actually life changing. Yesterday I have bought the NYX pore filler primer, and honestly I was rather skeptical but pretty desperate. I have lotsa pores around my T-zone and i get oily so easily. Never thought that you have to actually push the primer and setting powder into the pores in order to get the job done. I swear, been walking around with a full make up all day now and my skin looks flawless, no creases, pores are barely visible 🥹✨✨ i never knew that this was actually possible for me! thank you so much
Yay I’m so glad I could be a help to you!! Makes my day when I know I’ve helped someone!! Thanks for your comment babe 🧡
Love your videos! I have large pores and very oily skin. I've learned so much from you and my makeup is looking so much better. Thank you for doing what you do to help us old gals finial get a control on what our skin needs.
What brush did you use to buff in the foundation to your pores please answer i have to know lol
Maybe Wyne Goss brush checkout his vdo about filling the pores with the same technique with a similar brush
This video has changed my life for the better. You are gorgeous. Thank you so much. I wish you knew how amazing watching this was. I feel normal now. Was contemplating fraxel laser for my pores.... thank u. I'm human , sometimes I forget
What is on your nails? I must know!! PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEE and thank you 😘
Just think ladies, age 61 and still I am dealing with this problem. Yes oily skin makes for fewer lines even at my age, but still acne and micro tears trying to keeps my poor clean. Never had any beauty secrets to help so this video is wonderful. I am excited to try these methods! ty
I thought I was the only one. my friends call me strawberry
(I don't think they're your friends if they're giving you a rude nickname like that)
haha they don't say it in a bad way. its cute
frouto poto Haha, okay, good to know. :)
frouto poto my ex best friends use to call me that too, but not for that reason😂 it's a cute nickname!
frouto poto 😬😂😂😂😂🍓🍓🍓
Glad to find someone on youtube with oily skin! Yes, oily skin does slow down the aging process. I'll be 55 in November...
I am a youtuber with oily skin n large pores as well, but I know how to cover them! Biggest tip is ice massage
Yay! Welcome to the family Darlene :)
I have dry, flaky skin with the most monstrous pores. I got the worst of all worlds. 😔
Your pores are nothing like mine.
+Mandee Kulp sorry to hear that but I have oil skin but I got small pores
Take two icecubes and massage your face everyday!! It will help. Also you can make ice cube out of water mixed with little aloe vera gel, or you can freeze watermelon or cucumber juice then use that for ice massage , it will make your skin radiant
Use coconut oil on your skin each night before bed! It will make a world of difference to your dry skin xx
Tell me you gain a positive result after doing this regularly ..
Plz
I appreciate it so much that Nikkia is so self confident to show her bare skin. It helps me and probably others that just like her face these skin issues, feel confident and accept ourselves a lot more. Love your videos ❤
+Aida Spahiu thank you lovely. That's the whole purpose of my channel. To helps others feel more confident 😘
great tips thanks alot !!
b.t.w is the bye pores press powder ok for darker skin tones ?
It's translucent so it should be
It's completely translucent so should be fine! Test it in store first :) xx
Ah, every video I get more and more questions answered. Every makeup how to I look up is covered by this guru!! Keeping makeup on the nose, oily skin hacks, this video. You're a life saver!! So glad I subscribed 💓
How do you get the product out of your pores? Doesn't it get clogged?
I have concerns about this too. Maybe it is something to do only when you really need flawless skin, and not everyday =P
I just found your channel and I swear I could listen to you talk all day 😍
your skin is gorgeous???? people bullied you???? wtf
Aww thank you 😊
Right!! looks gorgeous without the makeup!!! They were just a bunch of haters 😠
😲 is that you? You really change with makeup, impressive. Your technique to minimize the pores are awesome wow!! I learning with your videos and I will trying your technique explained here. Thank youuu!!
I think this would enlarge pores over time, do a little research before trying this method. Pores cannot be shrunk once they are enlarged and filling them is obstruction and their response would be to get bigger.
thank you for this video. my pores are awful!! I've been trying this method and it works so good!!! thank you thank you!!!!
"you fill potholes with cement, right?"
im driving here i sit, Cursing my government, for not using my taxes to fill holes with more cement...
love the video by the way
Hahaha!! If only I could help you with your government also! :P
Nikkia Joy if only 😂
Omg yeeees Tear in My Heart
Omfg, UK?? We're the worst for potholes in the roads, winter seems to bring a new crater every day. RIP suspension 🙄🙄
tried this with my nyx pore filler, and it worked!! ty so much! LOVE u'r channel!
+Alexis Bellomy yayyyy I'm so glad it worked for you lovely 😘
What are the white small dots near the eye/nose? I have these... a lot.
They are called Milia! They can be easily removed with an extraction facial :)
I have milia bumps too! Haven't figured out how to remove them yet tho...
I started using your technique and it’s really working covering my humongous pores!!! Thanks!
I rather have huge pores than huge acne. Those product suxx for acne prone skin
Honestly, you rock!!! I totally changed the way I apply make up after watching your videos!!!! And I see SO MUCH difference, longer lasting, pore minimizing and natural finish! Seriously, thank you so much!!!! :)
When this wasn't click-bate 👏🏼🙏🏼 this is so helpful thank you!
I'm so glad you loved it! xx
Skyer Crafty1515 I thought the same...
(Sorry for my english) 😊🌸
it should be fine as long as you're cleaning off the makeup after the day is done. Also making sure to exfoliate before even putting the makeup on
When she said to really push in the product I was cringing like “ooooh I’m really gonna break out if I do that”
I watch a lot of makeup tutorials and this has honestly been the most beneficial and helpful.
whats on your nails? :D
I want to know too :)
Apollo-milkchocolate
.....
Nail polish.. loll
Sometimes I think I can actually be funny...
I am SO happy I found your channel. I have the same skin type as you and it's hard to find a quality channel that gets real about oily skin. Thank you!!
anyone else have their trypophobia triggered when focusing on looking at pores? 😂 it's so ridiculous but I just have to look away.
yes
IamMissPronounced Yes!!!!! I had to squint a little! 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes
Sameeeee
You have such beautiful skin! My skin is so textured and dry, I know you said you win some, you loose some, so perhaps I have smaller pores, but I switched to oil cleansing and 'slugging' and while it's helped a lot, I still have so many dry patches and texture. Gah! It's the worst! Xoxoox hugs! This video is fantastic!
Thank you so much Carmen! Keep experimenting - it's the only way I figure out how to do things haha and I promise eventually you will find something that works perfectly! x
she looks like khloe kardashian 😅
but, tbh she's prettier than khloe
Fausia El faus i thought i was the only one who thought that!
You've got yourself a new Canadian subbie, JUST because I'm so impressed with the difference your technique made! I can't wait to try this tomorrow morning! Thank you! 😊
The first thing I thought when I saw the title and picture was: "Step 1: photoshop that shit to Kardashian level." 😂😂😂
i am so scared to put makeup products inside my pores
As long as you clean your skin properly at night its fine!
+Nikkia Joy how do I do that lmao. honest question
You should look on the website I'm so happy I got it
conchette1 thank you, I never heard of it before. I'll check it out.
Just subscribed to you cuz I feel like I'm the only one who struggles with massive pores and oil!! Good to know I'm not the only one and I'm DEFINITELY TRYING THIS IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!💗
I thought this was a home remedy dyi video, but this is about makeup 😬🔫
