By the way, if you guys were wondering, obviously you can't fly without the back of the plane. You'll just go in a straight nose dive or slowly crash into the ground.
makes sense, the CG does change and the one with the vertical axis thing also gets separated, this will not happen, but as much as I know, it may aswell happen, nothing is impossible.
the custom motion sensor block could also be used for pressure plates too!

If the pressure plate or motion sensor is added, i could finally make my Black Mesa build more accurate. I've been wanting a material tool for a really long time too because wedges are only in certain materials and i would have to build the wedge out of the correct block to make it look halfway decent. I 100% dig these concepts though.

5:20 in real life, if the back of the plane breaks off that would mean that the center of gravity would move to the front of the aircraft causing a nose down dive and bc of the stresses of the rest of the aircraft while that happens the rest of the aircraft will break apart, China Airlines Flight 611 is a great example.

But those things are usually just tons of blocks for, say, a robotic head or something. No detail, just parts. (Must keep it centered before rotation or its ruined)

Btw its pretty easy to make the sensor blocks, u just need to make a raycast then check if the raycast hit something in a certain range, so that leaves the question, why would chiltrill not have added it yet?
I thought of another way on scripting it, but raycasts is a good way to do it too
you can also make a uncollidable invisible part that expands or retracts depending on the setting with the screwdriver tool and make the sensor part activate when that part is touched

You cant fly one half of a plane only bc the center of lift and mas has changed and now there different the center of lift is in the back of the half and the center of mass is always in the middle ty for reading this
