It looked great, will wait to see if the price gets that low again, doesn't look like it will for 11/11. I love the blue! Actually think I'll skip this one, but have plenty of good Harman tuned IEMS plus Castor bass and v8o. Will wait for something different. Maybe modify the Bl03 now that I've replaced it.
RUclips is all over the place as far as volume is concerned. There is a lot of channels on RUclips that are not as loud as Akros. There is no standard is part of the problem.
@@fiddlix Yeah interesting. And actually this particular video, is pretty loud for me, and I had to lower the volume! There have been other Akros videos that i have had to boost up the volume. Also, the sibilant 's' I always get from Akros videos; I guess people use pop-filter, to their mike, to solve that issue.
Hey Tony! I figured you would get A kick out if this. I ordered FZ AUDIO Liberty Max to see if it was as good as the Z2. It's not but it has potential, it will become a modding project. Great build and very nice looking. I've suspected that FZ uses TRN products though the store told me they are not affiliated. The MAX uses the same faceplate as the BAX I think. Now I get it and one shell has "TRN TA2 DD + 2 BA KNOWLES", the other one "TRN TA2 Hybrid". So I look up the TA2 and sure enough they have one with a light blue resin shell. At the very least they are being made at the same warehouse. FZ is seems to be a motorcycle parts business, wonder if their parts also come from that warehouse and they saw an opportunity with a side hustle. The MAX used to be advertised as 7mm driver, now it's 8mm which had me scratchimg my head. Interestingly the TA2 has an 8mm DD. Hmmm... No ba's tho. Maybe I could get Hi-Fri to tear it apart. Also the Z2, $5, still one of my favorites despite my growing collection of higher priced, great sounding IEMS. Its a fun sound stock but becomes a beast with EQ and or tape/filter mod. Looks like the TXS uses the same driver. I think that's ftom a TRN sister company? Watched Hifri tear TXS down, driver looks identical. I know you think the TXS is underrated which makes me suspect even more it's probably the same driver, same factory. Can you suggest some good single DD 7/8mm that I cN look up on Squig for EQ references? These don't sound like Ian's graph, dark bass heavy, nor like his description. Underwhelming bass, bright but mids are pushed back. They recently sold out of the 7mm and didn't have stock for months and just came back with this supposed 8mm version. Suspect new driver and tune. I'd also love mod suggestions to open up mids and bass. Have been too rolling but needs a mod.

Both are excellent. Bass version is tremendous fun....Harmon is very correct sounding....depends on what you listen too mostly.....if EDM and HIP hop...Bass....if vocals, instrumentals...Harmon

I wouldn't say it's a fail.....it's a marked improvement over the original MT4. The problem is that there's the Castor which is better and also they should have tuned it just a little more energetic in the upper mids and treble. That would have given the right balance.
@@akros9333 Okay, I only listen to instrumental game music, and vocals. So ill go for the harman, and tanchjim one. How do the Tanchim one and castor harman compare? in technialities, would it be worth to get both?

Hey Akros, how come your videos are less loud than most vids on RUclips? I have to up the volume a few notches every time I visit yiur channel.
