General Reminders:
•Don’t let your knee angle inward during single leg movements
•During Hip Thrusters, think of driving your knees forward rather than just lifting your hips
•If you need a break, take one. EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute) workouts are designed to get your heart rate up. There’s no shame in taking things at your own pace.
