Falling asleep with ASMR is best done in a language you don't know - the brain does not try to understand what is being whispered to it and just relaxes from the sounds😌😌😌
This kind of makes sense, since Estonian and Finnish are both Uralic Languages. You might find something similar if you look into Hungarian and some native northern Russian speakers...
