- In this vlog, my wife and I visited my cousin's home in Erie, PA, where Yashoda and Brikshya treated us to a delicious twist on Laphing, a Tibetan dish made with rice paper, uncooked Maggi, and flavorful spices. Later, we enjoyed a cozy hot pot with veggies and chicken momos, making the noodle soup even more delicious-perfect for the cold weather. We explored a beautiful spot the next morning, which we’ll reveal in the next vlog. Stay tuned!
