- We enjoyed the last P&O 80's theme cruise on the P&O Pacific Encounter so much that we decided to do it again. This time we took the girls with us as well though.
We always enjoy the short cruises and we knew what to expect but we don't think that the girls were quite prepared for the onslaught of colour, energy and vibe that is all around on one of these cruises.
The 80s cruise still has to be one of the best short cruises around and we still have another one of these booked. We're taking the girls on that one too.
In the making of this video we acknowledge the live music of the Forever 80s band with much gratitude. Thank you so much for coming back and for making this such a fantastic cruise once again. You rock!

Happy birthday, we just got off the pacific encounter this morning, we must have past you in the car park, lol. Thank you for your videos they were very helpful for us first timers. We also had friends on the same 80 cruise and also said it was a blast. We spotted them in the background at the sail away party.

Rob and Ali where are the outfits you all wore?????? I was looking forward to see it all. I went on a 80s cruise in feb from Melbourne . Was good but decided 3 day cruises are not for me.
It's not offering us any drink packages on our November 80s cruise, just some bottled water. I don't know if they will be on offer closer to the cruise
They don't offer alcohol drinks packages on 3 night cruises.
You need to wait until closer to the date. But for cruises less than 7 days they only offer a soft drink package or a non-alcoholic drinks package.

@@travelwithdebandnick it was called the refreshment package, the latest update it is now called the “non-alcoholic drinks package” and costs $29 per day.
I was on this 80’s cruise also unfortunately for me the only souvenir I brought back from the ship was Influenza A 😢
