Girl I know the struggles, PCOS is hard and it's even harder cause it effects your daily life. I am unemployed so I do walks in the morning aiming for 10k steps, if I don't then I will be in bed till 1 or 2pm WHICH IS SO BAD!
It effects my mind knowing I wasted half a day, sometimes with my PCOS I retain a lot of water so when I go on walks my feet and hands feel like they are gonna burst but I try to do the most simple exercise to avoid spiking my cortisol levels like yoga or walks.
I try to eat protein but not too much cause it affects my stomach so hard to digest protein powders (I also have IBS lol the struggles).
Your environment plays a BIG part and when your stress affects your body so I like to either read (love reading romance or dystopian books), watch shows anything to kind of distract me from the real world lol.
Hope this helps, it is a struggle with PCOS and girl you are not alone, you can defo reverse PCOS I have inositol to help with my blood sugar levels and berberine supplements (defo look into that).
Inshallah all is well with your health and journey don't worry girl, you got this!

Thank you for your comment girl 🥰✨I also take inositol and Berberine which helps with cravings. But, I defo need to move more especially with my work from home job. It’s sort of like a domino effect, work stress so I feel bummed after work. But, I try over the weekend and every other day to walk too. Do you know what type of PCOS you have ?

I spoke about my weight issue with my GP. I then had a blood test done which showed I had an increase of testosterone. But, do get it checked and ask for a blood test. Then you can find ways to manage symptoms In’sha’allah ❤
