To clear this up I do not know his real name. I chose to call him Justin bc the man deserves to be called by a name not just fiance or husband or some random nasty comment. He has a sense of humor I relate to. After the wedding Yumi had the intials Y&S so I guess I'll pick an S name until he puts it out there himself or Yumi does.

Nishiki is the type of rice I eat (nearly daily, yay go Asians.......and their love for rice!). x.x I don't use it to make sushi though. Where I live now there are no Asian groceries so I am forced to buy my rice online and this brand is the only decent one I can find that I like. XD

There are some sushi where the fish isn't raw. Crab and shrimp are always cooked. Unless it's sashimi.

SJ well sorry but.. I talked with a women doctor about this and that's what she said. And I live in austria= good medical care etc. So yeah.. I'm going to believe the doctor that says you are allowed to it sushi and things if I know that they are fresh af. Sorry don't wanna be mean :)
