I 100% commend you for making all 3 updates in one video I cannot stand ppl who say they do updates of a product that takes time to work and never show back up lol
lol thanks man. It seemed like overkill to drag it out. I thought it would have a more epic ending but.. it definitely wasn't like a "WHOA" difference for me.
The Ashwaganda really is the main thing that ties it all together because if you take it with testosterone boosting formulas it both helps increase it along with energy, and slightly elevated mood. Especially if you threw in a little St. John's Wort. The rest of the ingredients in that tonic just boost Vitamin C, and immunity. So, I think there's a partial placebo effect.
But, most people aren't aware how bad cooking everything in seed oils are for them. Not to mention vegetables that cause painful bloating like kale, or stuff high in oxalates that causes kidney stones, back aches, and knee aches such as nuts, and spinach. All of that can cause a lot of fatigue, and low energy.

So. To follow up. I know you said no follow up video means no big difference in NOT taking Magic Mind. So not going to try. I’m currently during @EARLYBIRD every morning & like you, could be placebo effect, but it gets me going in the morning. I do crash however. But I have a ton of stress (some of which is grief) & often sleep good but never feel rested. I know “it’s mind over matter” & I used to be great at that (aka FAITH) but I’m just in general weaker now (mentally.). Gotta find a path back to mental strength -rest will fall into place. Enjoyed this review. Saved me $$.
I drink coffee non stop and never get jitters but I'm also addicted so maybe that's why it don't create such a stimulate effect on me .

Okay but I HATE the way mushrooms taste. Is there any noticeable hints of it in there? 'Cause if so that's a hard no for me...
no can't really recall it tasting like mushrooms... but it certainly has a strong taste between the matcha and tumeric
No mushroom taste. Earthy with a touch of fruitiness.
These might not be bad for a mid day pick me up to get through the rest of the day. still coffee in the morning though. One side note that really makes no different but annoys me lol, is the packaging. I hate the packaging on it, it looks like some kid just scribbled all over the bottle haha. again makes no difference just an observation, that makes it look kind of silly.

I should have looked up these reviews before I bought it but I actually did purchase the 15 pack and I'm waiting for it to arrive any day now. Although I'm aware of how commercials are now made with AI and these aren't even real endorsements in the commercial I still fell for it lol. It's like 45 bucks for 15 pack so if it's good it's good if not I won't get any more but what i realized about it is I think they try to get you with the old subscription. If you don't cancel they'll keep bill. ing you every month. That alone is how you know something is a scam if something wasn't a scam they wouldn't have to do that tactic. it is what it is. It's okay to make mistakes just don't repeat them or don't repeat mine
I always knew planet fitness was a scam. They bill me every month and my body looks the same. 😂

yeah tbh I haven't really noticed a huge difference. It's definitely hard to compare without controlling a lot more life variables, but I think at some point I'll give it another extended trial and see if I notice a difference being back ON it.
