Hey anarchy there is a mod called rdr2 lobby manager it let's you play with just friends no harassment from cheaters and modders

@AnarchyIHDI I really thought it was gonna be a cowboy GTAV, with stagecoach, bank, train heists, etc. They had the perfect template with GTA, no idea why they bailed on it
Yeah just makes me want to start modding it again 😅 they had a gold nugget here, but they just focused on GTAv online instead and this kinda got left in the dark
That was a breath of fresh air. It makes me miss all the shenanigans I got into with my friends running trade missions and moon shining.
I own this game and always forget how gorgeous it is on PC when I stop playing for a bit.

man i miss this game. last few times i played it was manic as cheaters would tp us to various spots on the map or all together in one place. got to the point i would press j to go into the catalogue and go make a coffee or have a smoke while they tried to blow me up. sometimes they'd give up, sometimes i would and relog. a couple of mates rockstar accounts were wiped and the drama to get them reinstated is off the charts so now i just jump in on occasion.

Hey anarchy there is a mod that you can download that i dont think is bad and rockstar doesnt allow it idk but its called rdr2 lobby manager i use it to just play with friends it works by you creating a session code and sharing that code with friends only friends will know the code bc you can have it as anything you want this way you dont get cheaters and modders playing with you
Yeah we found a mod on Nexus that lets you host a lobby for you and friends, kinda sucks you gotta do that.. i still like seeing random players and potential PVP encounters so, cheaters gotta ruin shit

Could've gone worse. One of the last times I played Read Dead Online, I got attacked by a 15 foot tall invincible naked guy, who was.....anatomically correct. I still have nightmares.

@@AnarchyIHDI It's still better than GTA Online. You can't join a single lobby anymore that isn't screwed up by a mod menu user. And I see them all the time saying that the game is "literally unplayable without a mod menu". The irony is that THEY make it unplayable.

i love red dead and red dead online BUT THERE ARE ALOT OF CHEATERS AND HACKERS!!! every time I log ON I instantly explode and die. Even when i change servers they follow you where you go. I looked on google and i found a forum and people are saying that the hackers have a way of getting you IP add IF and when you report them. I reported them and they got my IP now. So every time i log on the see it and they make me explode. Its suks bc i love this game and online is a no go for me anymore.

I don't play Red Dead or GTA online thankfully. It is shocking how many gamers cheat! If gamers want to cheat in single player games then that is up to them because the only person they are cheating is themselves! The only way to improve at gaming is to NOT cheat.

3 years after I quit playing cause cheaters and Rock Star still hasn't fixed their games. Now they want $90 for GTA6?
RDR2 itself, story mode, is utterly fantastic....RDR2 Online is utterly unplayable 😅
I played it for a week (online) sometime after release and it was trash then and never touched it again, but I always think about playing through story again and doing things differently, it was so good

They lure you with the bandit camps and you starting to clear it. And (it depends who the cheater is) ofc starting to blow you up. What is really f..up that they enjoy, i think, seeing you clearing the camp. Another story, cheater start to spawn many robots which i killed and became outlaw in every city. And ofc it is ends with blowing you up. Funny thing You Cant Report them in game. Game just crushing. You Cant Report them on the website because you blowing yourself up. Game is dead

I remember in GTA V Online (I was huge into GTA online) people with "hacked" abilities would literally come into session and just drop bags of cash, I never grabbed them because I already had hundreds of millions from playing so much, had like a 500 something rank, a ridiculous 7:1 K/D , had everything you could buy ECT....but I remember coming in one day with my boy Dakota and this dude came into session and literally started dropping bags in front of us while we were walking, so we had a couple million on us just from this idiot running around and getting in front of us....then I hadn't played for a couple days, go to sign in and F'ing Rockstar had completely wiped my entire bank account 😤
I was so irate, I never even put any of that cash into my account, not once I had I myself used any cheats, and never took any money and put it away.... and they wiped my entire bank account of hundreds of millions of earned money.... I actually was in the negative due to all my apartments and everything charging me rent I didn't have the funds to pay for....
It went from being one of if not my favorite online game (besides DayZ) to me never touching it again.
RDR2 story was great, and I played for a week in online, but I'll never touch it again (online RDR)..... I'm scared to even consider GTA VI when it comes out 😅

@@AnarchyIHDIIDK, I agree with Roy, I primarily use K/M, but will regularly pick up my Razor Wolverine (pretty much an Xbox Elite but wired and with RGB) for driving/flying in DayZ SA, driving in BeamNG, and especially RDR or GTA (story)....it just feels better (especially driving or flying in DayZ 😅)

@@AnarchyIHDI trust me though, a controller definitely has a use in certain PC games I've found.... I won't drive in DayZ or BeamNG without one, and there's definitely something to leaning back with a controller in my desk chair and playing RDR2 (story) just relaxing and enjoying the story and scenery (I wouldn't play DayZ on foot with a controller though lol)

online is painfully dead thanks to modders/cheaters. There's no reason to even play it anymore unless you force solo online lobby with friends or something. Otherwise you're guaranteed to get at least 1 cheater a lobby.
