Can anyone tell me why choreography videos consistently do not perform a whole song, but in segments?
The choreography usually only consists of a part of the song. The dancers learn this in a 1-1.5 hour class, so it makes sense for just part of the song to be covered. Otherwise it would be impossible. The individual segments are the groups of dancers that the choreographer/teacher has chosen to record and include in her video.

I will never understand the choreographer’s need to appear in the back of someone's dance and repeating movements with him and faking the impressions. Isn’t the reason the student was asked to dance solo so we can all enjoy in his dance and not having 'distraction' in the back? I know that choreographers are happy for thier students and are proud of them, but you can share emotions with him after the recording. Leave him a spot in front of the camera for those 45 seconds for god sake that he deserves it!

No, the choreographer didn't ask the student to dance solo to show US anything. Remember that these classes are primarily for the choreographer and the students, the latter of whom are paying for the class (vs "us" who are consuming these performance *by professionals* essentially for free). The fact that we are allowed access to these videos is a privilege, and thus our desires are completely (and rightfully) secondary to the whims of everyone in that class.
To clarify, I have no issue with people having criticism of these kinds of videos, but I am tired of the framing that these classes are for the YT audience rather than the dancers which I see so often.
The point of these videos is pretty much just to show how dance classes are, they're not really performances. Nika is at the back and "repeating the movements" because she's supporting and hyping up the dancers.

Arena you getting tired of keep doing the same thing like all that posing which is NOT dancing and don't your necks at some point hurt from snapping them like that.
