Funny that I'm listening to your PB 1000 through my own PB 1000. :P

Have you also heard the SB-1000?
I am in doubt if I should get the PB-1000 or SB-1000

@@MrArjanOskam The SB is just so much smaller - and a sealed construction so I doubt it would perform nearly as well. Sorry: no, I haven't actually heard it.
Since then I actually moved on and got a Klipsch 115 after having used a pair of Jamo J-110s prior. I do miss the musicality of the Jamos but the Klipsch is just one huge teddy-bear that just lurks in the background in a quite reassuring way.
I am entertaining the thought of going with something sealed. though. Then I wouldn't go below 12" and probably a pair of them.

@@joeytruelove Damn the Klipsch 115 is literally cheaper than both the SB-1000 pro and the PB-1000 Pro
Sadly the Klipsch 115 is way to big for me to fit...
Does the PB get outperformed a lot by the Klipsch 115?

@@MrArjanOskam SVS subs are more mechanically blunt than the recent Klipsch subs, I think. That said the single PB-1000 could manage to firmly pressurise my 19 m2 room to nauseating levels quite easily. So performance wise it's a hard hitter for sure.
But I suppose I grew a bit tired of the monotony of the PB, quite frankly. It stood out from the other speakers and seemed to repeat the same trick over and over. Perhaps the acoustics of the room could have added to that - but then the same would go for each sub I had afterwards.
If I hadn't had space for the 115 I probably would have gone with one or two 112s instead. Sure: they may just go to 24-25Hz or so +/-3dB, but with boundary gain you gain 2-3 Hz in depth with one. With two probably more and then you're quite close to 20Hz.

Bruh I can even play it because the bass is so punchy as soon as I turn it up to 7% volume my bed rattles note it's 5:36 am

I bought the SB 12- NSD same as the SB2000 at the same time it has noticeably better sound quality over the PB1000. Go to time 1:05 on this video you can see the SB 12- NSD in place behind the PB1000. I Pulled the PB 1000 out as I was selling it.

@@Prince3679Did you find that even the SB 2000 has better quality than the PB 1000?

@@Pepa071 Yes the SB2000 has better sound quality than the PB1000. The SB2000 / SB12-NSD are better subwoofers
