@@joaomarcoscosta4647guys let’s be real, this is footage much further in advance than the stuff we get in the beta. Harumasa’s final animations will be as flashy as every other character’s, but this is work-in-progress stuff and not fully animated.

yanagi being an on-field anomaly agent, i'm pretty sure he'll be an electric support... i was actually hoping for him to be an electric attack but when yanagi was announced as anomaly, i lost hope
So looking at the gameplay leaks it seems that he specializes in set-ups/preparation since yes his skills might miss but it leaves this black ball behind and it seems that he can hit those and the shot will bounce off on each ball (Same like Alhaitham/Keqings ult it seems) so he might be similar to Jane Doe who specializes in anomaly buildup/Defense breaking.
