Thanks! Because it is an eco-system the most important part is maintaining that balanced eco-system. As long as you have a healthy balance between bacteria, fish, plants and algae they should all keep each other in check. With time, as the pond gets more established, this gets easier. If problems persist or in full sun areas we will often suggest adding copper to the water, in safe amounts, which will directly target the algae.

It has the features of a pond, but it looks too crowded for me. The pond is small to use with big bolders.
Lots of room for goldfish and some aquatic plants!
