In a way this brand is similar to Arnold and Son: both brands started out in England but now have no real connection to their country of origin, which I think is sad.
The watches are OK though, and offer something different from the mainstream.
Thank you Maru-Chan and Fukuda-san: these interviews are always fascinating, and Maru-Chan, your choice was inspired! Greetings from England, Bob 🍾🥂

Another very good episode as always, that's a brand i've always been curious since seeing their models on watch publications, i honestly like their design quite a lot, i'm not much a fan of open work watches, they often look quite cheaper but their open work models looks quite nice and well finished as it should be.

Nice video! This interesting brand has gone thru many different phases of development and is still in the process of having a defined identity. All models and movements are very unique; well finished for sure but you'd really need to be into the design language to justify purchasing one.

In 2006 I went to a watch meeting in GInza and Peter Speake Marin was the guest. I am aware he sold the company since then. I had one of the early Grand Seiko Spring Drives and sold it to a local collector that day.
