No specific diet, we try and eat fruit daily, reduce sugar intake and walk frequently to burn off calories. Also just your body aging means you tend to eat less food , but weight of course is harder to shift

Loved the Violet Saki when we did the drink the world and was a bit disappointed when we went to saki distillery in Japan and they had loads of flavours but never heard of a violet one.
That funnel cake looked amazing. My mate is over there with his family at the moment and I was tempted to ask him to bring me one back with him 😆 We loved the Brazilian bread when we were over there

We used to go to Florida every year but the cost of flights and a villa have gone bonkers, Epcot was always are fav disney park.
We are seeing the same trends in the USA, it's getting expensive.
