    I like your thinking .
A nearby dealer has some 22 xc available...
    Might take a closer look.

I’m putting that on a 23 assault boost with 2inch track because girlfriend bitched what you think of that combo and how it should handle n ride

The Assault handles the toruing seat very well becuase of the longer track and larger shocks.

Does it fit a 2022 Polaris 850 MATRYX SLASH RMK KHAOS 146 ?

Its not designed to fit the RMK sleds, but as long as your tunnel has the lock and ride channels it should fit.

Do you have a heavier duty spring for 2 adults for the 2 up seat?

Yes Polaris offers a HD and XHD spring for these sleds to set the suspension for the added weight.

Do you have to upgrade your rear suspension? I would assume it’s going to sag if you add passenger and some storage/fuel can

Depending on the weight of the passenger you should be able to turn up your torsion springs to high. If the sled is bottoming out or squatting when you are riding you can upgrade your torsion springs to HD springs.
